The estimate process was great and they laid everything out clearly as far as what needs to be done.

Everything was great from consultation to completing the work. Excellent communication when material arrived and when work would be performed.

The work was done to my satisfaction and it looks great needed some wood replaced under attached garage and some roof repair

Have not picked a vendor yet, but great Customer Service and were punctual and polite

Personally for my bystander's view it looks to me like they did an excellent job I'm just a neighbor that watch these men come in and I'll give you this Improvement to this home very nicely done

integrity cancelled my order, never offering a refund. when job re-started and finished, installers installed a window crooked! left dirty fingerprints on sills. my remodelers had to repair crooked window in order to complete their work on schedule.

One trouble spot not fixed. They explained if we ordered gutters they would fix the trouble spot at that time. Nit an acceptable response.

Received a 30% advance on the contract. No one from the company has shown up to do the work. I am getting more damage from the leaks.

Salesperson was very pushy and he gave the highest bid for the job.

Professional but was at my house for almost 2.5 hours. I said no at least 7 times but they kept pushing. when I said no they all of a sudden could knock 2,000 off? Seems fishy. I think this company should follow suit of other companies and take away old methods of selling. All it did was annoy me and make me feel rushed.

Joe came out and gave us an estimate and explained everything about the company and the job they were going to do for us

How was awesome! Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He made us feel at ease and comfortable in walking us through the decision making process. It’s because of Joe that we decided to hire Integrity Roofing.

Went with Integrity because of finance options. Joe was the salesman who came to our home. He was a great guy who answered all our questions and tolerated my sarcasm. Caleb was our project manager. He came out and took measurements to make sure everything was correct and then contacted me the next day to tell me it would be able 8-10 weeks. I received a call from Caleb about 4 weeks into the 8-10 week wait and he said our door and shutters were in. 2 days later we had it installed by Aaron and Benny. They were great guys and installed everything in about 5 hours.

Adam Batt was very thorough and professional. I have spent the last several weeks getting estimates from an long this of other companies and no one took the time to get on the roof and actually inspect everything. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Adam possessed and the quality of the materials that were being presented to us. Now the job is not complete and we have just started the process but I would say out of the 7 companies that quoted our project Adam did the best job. I will update everyone once the job is completed.

We were told by Adam that someone would come out to our home and put a rap around the chimney so that the leak would be covered. There was no rap around chimney a week later. We were told by Adam that they would have a guy on the job (supervisor) to inspect the installation. My husband showed up because of them not coving the leak and found no supervisor on sight. We were told that they would take a metal tool to pick up all the nails. Our neighbor found nails in his driveway. We found nail in our yard and gutters and our furnace stop working because the roofers threw nails and debris clogging the furnace flue. We were told by Adam that he would be out when the job was done to do a inspection of the job with us. He never came out another guy did, who gave us a run around. When we got our bill they tried to charge us for more replacement wood then they should of and told us he would take off a certain amount of money off our bill. When we got our new bill he tried to do an okay- dokie with the number so that it looked like we got off what he said but we didn't. We had to call the secretary to get it straightened out. She fixed our bill. The sales men are a bunch of con artist. We highly do not recommend this company. But the secretary my husband talked and complained to was very helpful. She we would hire.

There were several problems during work on the roof. Initially they loaded up my roof with the wrong shingles. I took a vacation day that day so the work could progress and 20+ workers arrived to start work only to immediately depart due to the wrong shingles. The job was delayed so that the incorrect shingles could be removed from my roof and the correct shingles dropped off. While working on my faux chimney and hot water heater vent they somehow twisted and broke the vent to my hot water heater. I was picking up nails in my yard for weeks. At completion of the job they had left a section of my eaves damaged and did not cut the indoor hole for the skylight that they installed. All problems we're addressed in a reasonable amount of time.

This is an excellent company. They were very focused, and paid attention to every detail. First, FYI: they were the high bidder of the three contractors that I contacted. However, when I sat down with with Josh, the sales/estimating agent, he explained about Integrity's practices and standards when they install a roof. I was absolutely sold. Examples: They installed shingles that have an improved resistance to hail, compared to everything else proposed in the other bids. They installed a ridge vent that is superior to the ridge vent that the other contractors proposed. They installed soil pipe boots that use silicone instead of rubber. They attached every shingle with five nails, even though three nails /per would have met the code requirements. These folks try very hard and are definitely worth you consideration.

Product is satisfactory but service was poor. Too many calls back to fix little things. Not sufficient attention to detail by installers.
