Description of Work: Their ad stated that serviced Milan, Norwalk, Monroeville, Sandusky, Ohio. The person told me that they did go to Milan, Ohio. I told her the ad stated that they didn't and I was wrong.

Description of Work: Would not hire them. Charged me $50 for estimate and the kid didn't even step on the roof. Also, the $50 will not count towards the service cost. I needed an estimate on the entire roof and the kid wanted to redo only the section which was already fixed, lol. Not only that he wanted to sell me gutter cleaning! My gutters were completely clean and if the idiot would've went up on the roof he would've seen that. They were quick to get here to scam me though. We paid the $50 reluctantly,,,,beware.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and replaced some of the downspouts. We have a tall two story house. . .not easy access. Totally cleaned up afterwards. Our patio has not looked this good all summer.

Description of Work: They originally installed my roof a few years ago (2011?). Install was OK, but was even more impressed with their handling of a leak repair I called them about last year. Repaired the leak promptly and professionally, and sent a painter shortly thereafter to touch up stained drywall ceiling - leak fixed correctly and no visible signs I ever had one.
