They prepared a detailed report of what would need to be replaced and repaired and completed the work accordingly. I was very pleased with the results but more importantly the buyer of the property was satisfied!
Description of Work: I am a Realtor that had a bank owned property listed for sale that was found to have a roof leak. This property had been vacant for an extended period of time which allowed damage to the ceiling, wall, as well as moderate mold growth. After a thorough inspection Adam Becker provided a detailed list of repairs that were required both for the exterior portion of the home as well as interior repairs that would be required. His crew came out made the repairs in a timely fashion and exceeded both my expectations as well as my clients. I have known Adam for several years now and frequently recommend him to other Realtor and clients that need any type of home repairs. The name of his company is Integrity Roofing but they do much more! They are a licensed contractor in both Ohio & Michigan. They also install windows, and doors, as well as can complete FHA required repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Integrity Roofing and give them two thumbs up!!

The crew was fast at tear off, and messy. They broke a few pieces of siding (fixed all but one when told). They replaced the old vents on section they were not working on (they did this on their own). They cleaned up, but still I found pieces of old roof in my shrubs and nails in the lawn. The new vents they installed did not line up great with the holes they cut out for them (they still function alright, buy look bad). When all said and done the new roof looked great and all issued resolved.
Description of Work: Total rip off of old roof, and install of new. It was about 1,800 sq ft. The roof had cedar shake and then slate on top. The roof had two valleys, a sewer vent, four new vents installed, and a chimney to flash.

He first came to look at my house during the day so he could put a quote together. We had an appointment at 7:30 am on a Friday to go over the quote. Adam did not make it to my home that morning and called later to apologize and re-schedule for Saturday. He came and was nice and professional. The price was right but I wanted to add painting awnings to the job. I called and left a message and he called me back about 2 days later to get more information. He said he would put some numbers together and would get back to me. Over a week went by without hearing from him. I called to see what was happening and he apologized stating it was a crazy week and gave me the price. My time is very important to me and I did not like the trend I saw with this company as far as making appointments and returning calls. I decided to go with another company for this reason.

It went perfect and without a hitch.
Description of Work: Of all the Roofing companies that I received estimates from (4) they seemed to be the most professional and explained everything and spelled out all the details in his estimate. I felt very comfortable and they had did my neighbors as well and he was very satisfied. They arrived on time and work long days to get it done. It was a mess but they cleaned everything up and my wife was very impressed. Thanks to Adam and his crews. We will recommend you to others.

I hired Integrity Roofing to re-roof my home. My original roof was in pretty bad shape, with two previous layers of old shingles. I was concerned about having the job done right, but without paying an arm and a leg. The owner of Integrity, Adam, came out to my home, provided an estimate which was significantly less than two others provided. When I hired him to do the job, he put me on his schedule, and came out a week or two later with several employees. They removed both layers of shingles and re-roofed the whole house in one day! Moreover, they did a great job. Although I have a 25 year warranty on the work, if I ever need more work done, perhaps on my next house, I will certainly give Integrity Roofing a call.
