roofing I'm very happy with the work done as well as their front office professionalism. When ever I need work in their field you can bet I'll call Integrity roofing. PS they came out two days before they were scheduled to, I like that.

They did a great job. The only issue I had was on scheduling, and other than that, it was a great job. I had to call a couple of times. It was a small job and they were fitting me in. I was kept waiting because we were experiencing some rain at the time. I finally called and told them that I am either on the schedule or not, and that they should let me know if I am not on the schedule. They are the only estimate I got, so I have no idea on the pricing. I am not sure about the quality since it hasn’t rained since.

We used Integrity in fall, 2010 for a roof on a house we were refurbishing. Price was excellent, as was the installation and the cleanup. So when we needed siding and gutters for another house we called Integrity. We are very happy once again. The guys in the office are super nice and informative; not pushy. The guys installing the siding were a lot of fun. They clearly enjoy what they do. When they were done I missed having them around.

He was very nice. Came out quickly and did estimate. Called and told me work would be next week. Three weeks later I called and asked what happened and if he was still doing the work. He was very apologetic and it was taken care quickly

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT HOW HAPPY I WAS WITH ADAM, CALIB AND ENTIRE CREW FROM INTEGRITY ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION. THEY COMPLETED EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, AS WELL AS SOME EXTRAS. MY NEIGHBORS ARE AMAZED AT WHAT A DIFFERENCE AND HOW NICE MY NEW ROOF LOOKS. I AM REALLY ENJOYING MY NEW ROOF AND NEVER HAD ANY IDEA WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT WOULD MAKE, NOT TO MENTION NO MORE WATER LEAKS... THERE ARE SOME AMAZING NEW COLORS THAT WOULD MAKE YOUR HOME LOOK LIKE A DIFFERENT HOUSE WHEN IT IS COMPLETED. I ONLY WISH I HAD CALLED THEM SOONER. Using subcontractors and insurance issues killed any deal for him to do the roofing job.

I thought their service was excellent. I really think the work they did was great. I’m very pleased. The two guys that started the project, completed it within 2 weeks. They were here every day, but one due to weather. They were my lowest estimate. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great job, good workmanship, did work for quoted price, did work when promised, roof no longer leaks!

The estimate went fine and all went as scheduled. The person I spoke with was very professional, but he was a little high.

Everything went fine. Just took look at it, it looks fine but I haven't seen it perform yet.

called sometime in late november asking for an estimate. never received a reply. called again on dec 18 th at approx. 6:10 pm, hoping to leave another message. a gentleman answered the phone by saying hello ? no mention of the company. the number registered in my cell is 567-202-0158. stated he could be here the next day, friday the 9 th. no call no show. will never call again

They were really great and were able to come out sooner they had originally thought to fix it. I was not there when they came out but they fixed the roof and I am having no problems with it. I will use them again in the future.

Brandon was very thorough and professional. I had two other estimates, one higher, and one lower, but I felt very confident in this company, and I was very satisfied with the work performed. The three jobs were completed in under 4 hours. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. I plan to hire them again.

I contacted them for an estimate. They came promptly to give me a written estimate. They were willing to give me an estimate on several projects in addition to the service I requested. Once I accepted the estimate and scheduled the work they were slow to do the work. I called three times before they actually completed the work. It took 3 weeks longer than they initially estimated. Overall I was satisfied with the work. I would hire them again despite the delay. They were very professional and they apologized for the delay.

Adam provided an estimate within a day of our request. His company then performed the work within two weeks of the bid and worked with us to select a great roof color. The project certainly met our expectations and the clean up was thorough. Adam checked back with us as to our experience, which was great. His company has done a number of roofs in our neighborhood and came highly recommended to us and that expectation was met.

Weak follow through. But there were several other Toledo painting companies that didn't even return phone calls offering work.

He seemed to be knowledgeable about what my problems were so that’s why I hired him. He did fine on the quote. His prices are very good.

They re-roofed a flat part of my roof and did a good job but left a few nails around. For the new gutters, they did a good job, but left one small leak behind the gutters that I had to fix myself. Tuck pointing on the chimney was OK, a little sloppy with the mortar, though.

The original roof on my home was deteriorating to the point where shingles were falling off so I called Adam for an estimate. He informed me that my shingles could be a warranty claim since the home was only 16 years old and told me what type they were and where to get the information about it. Explaining how to file a warranty claim for the shingles was something that no other contractor had done and I wasn't sure how to do it since the defective shingles on my house had been part of a class action lawsuit. Adam's quote was cheaper than three of the four quotes that I had already gotten and he did a good job explaining his services so I decided to go with his company. The roof was put on the house ahead of schedule and they did an outstanding job with its construction. The quality of materials was excellent and I believe it should last a long time and if it doesn't, Integrity provides an excellent warranty that covers me for life. They were even nice enough to save some defective shingles and took photos of the old roof to assist me with my warranty claim. I would absolutely recommend Integrity Roofing & Construction to anyone looking to get an excellent job done with quality materials at a reasonable price.

Overall we thought it went fine. There was a problem the ice and water guard. Because our eves overhang more than typical, we needed two layers of ice and water guard. The roofing crew must of have not known and only put one layer down and started roofing. After talking to Adam that same evening, the problem was taken care of the next morning--the portions of the new roof was torn off, another layer of ice and water guard was put down, and then the house was completely roofed . Also we had a bulging shingle that was fixed. We are very happy with the soffit, fascia, and gutters as well. Adam did a great job of really explaining everything that would happen, why certain things were going to be done, and what to expect about the whole process. He was very personable and honest with us. Sometimes communication once the process got started was a concern but not really anything I am complaining about. For example, the problem with the ice and water guard. We were also told that if there was only one layer of roofing (instead of two) the price would go down but we never received an answer to that. (We were not home when they were roofing so we did not see if it had one layer or two).

I have had a couple of experiences with Integrity roofing and would recommend them to anyone! Last summer I had a new roof, siding ,and gutters put on my home and was so pleased with the job and the price I decided to have the same thing done to my detatched garage this summer. The owner of the company, Adam Becker is very professional and kind. He came to my home both times to give me a free estimate which was quite a bit cheaper than any of the other companies I had obtained quotes from. The crew who did the work was also very professional and did an excellent job as well as cleaning up after themselves when the job was finished. I have recommended Integrity to several people I know, some of which have already had work performed by Integrity. I will certainly use this company again in the future!
