We had been troubled with a leak into out kitchen ceiling from our second story airing porch. Another roofing company tried and failed to fix the problem. That was a wasted $500. I only wish we had gone to Integrity Roofing from the start. From estimate to clean-up, Integrity Roofing provided excellent services. Caleb Dudley gave me a detailed estimate for the job. The storm door leading to the airing pouch needed replacement as well. It was proving a challenge as it was not a standard size. The other contractors who bid on the job, either wanted to close the opening with a window or tacked on an exorbitant price for replacing it. Integrity's office staff and construction foreman worked around our unusual schedule. The work crew was punctual and complete the work quickly. What's more they cleaned-up, such that aside from our beautiful new roof and storm door, one couldn't even tell they had been there. Best of all, our roof does not leak! I will call upon Integrity Roofing again when we are looking for further construction on our home.

Integrity Roofing & Construction were professional, the product was good, they did what they said they would do and the windows look great. It took a little longer for them to come than I had expected, but they said it was because there was a back log at the manufacturers.

Door & Installers showed up at the same time. Job was completed in 4 hrs. The installers went the extra mile to make it a great looking job. This is the second job they have done for me and I would use them again without hesitation.

They showed up on time. They were very good about telling us about the process and the gutter cover. They were really great about helping us try and find the right product for us. They were just very clean in their work. They did a great job. Everybody that came and did work for us were all professional. They were really great about cleaning up a lot of stuffs that was left over.

They were very elaborate in their quote. They were very detailed oriented, a little pricey. The quote was very detailed. Everything was listed in the categories.

They did an okay job. The guys that were doing it really weren't careful with their ladders and stuff because we have bushes that were broken. He is supposed to make it right but he didn't want to put something in during the winter because it would die. We didn't go with the cheapest. They were pretty responsive. I don't know if I would use them again.

Overall they did an excellent job and you cannot tell where the roof has been repaired.

The job was done very quickly and very profesionaly. They answered with knowlege all questions. They did a complete cleanup leaving the area looking great. I will call them first when other things need to be done..

It was excellent. They were very respectful and careful. They got it done within a reasonable time. The only drawback was there just wasn’t that much communication between the different services. Overall, I’m very happy with the job.

The quote process went fine. I thought the guy was really professional. He knew what he was doing and responded quickly. I think he quoted me around $4,000 for one part and $6,000 for the whole thing.

They gave us a detailed estimate of the work they needed to do. Once we accepted their estimate (which was much more reasonalbe the other two estimates we got from other companies), we set up a date for the repair. They came out, did thier work, cleaned up after themselves, and left. Very professional. We would recommend them to everyone!

Adam the owner came out the same day that I called for the esimate. He was friendly and informative. When we dicided we were going to have them do the work, Adam came right out again, but it still took 2 weeks to get the measurements and the another 4 weeks to get the windows. I had not realised it would take that long. They did a great job on the install and really cleaned up after. The installed was very good at what he did and I am glad I had them do the work.

Our situation was unique are we were living in China, getting ready to move back to Toledo. Caleb was great about responding to emails gathering samples for us and dealing with our timeline (we wanted everything done by the time we moved back). The result was wonderful. I would recommend Integrity to anyone.

The estimate: After scheduling the original estimate, Adam called to change the date. He rescheduled and arrived on time for the new appointment. We received the estimate, along with estimates with 3 other companies. His estimate appeared comparable to the higher priced, highly marketed companies you see on TV in terms of the choices of products offered, explanation of services, and choices of packages. I appreciated his straight-up approach without a lot of sales and marketing. Integrity's price was actually the lowest of the top 3 contenders. The fourth took measurements but never bothered to provide an estimate. I liked the idea that Integrity was a local company and I expected to get a more personal service from them. Also, I felt Integrity was as professional and capable as the bigger name, higher priced companies. When meeting with the other companies, I literally felt like I was buying a used car, including the salesman calling the office to get authorization to give us better pricing followed by the pressure to make a decision on the spot. Adam Becker's presentation was quick, to the point, and no pressure! The work: The crew showed up when planned. The workers were pleasant and respectful. In fact, we felt the workers could have made some effort to acknowledge us. It seemed as though they were trying not to be noticed or cause any problem. However, when we reached out to them, they were all very nice guys. We didn't notice any bad language or inappropriate behavior. The work continued consistently until it was complete. The guys showed up every day and left in the evening with everything cleaned up an put away. They actually did a really good job with cleanup. We only found a few pieces of felt, shingle, or nails in the yard or bushes. For completely removing the roofing, I think that was very, very good quality cleanup. After the job: Jake (I think was his name) stopped by to review the job with us. We found out that when the supplies were delivered, a lower qaulity underlayment was delivered and inadvertently installed. To correct the problem, they installed the higher quality underlayment over the other stuff. I assume this is as good or better than only one layer. Overall: Based on this experience, I would totally recommend Integrity to others.

From the first service call by Caleb to the final clean up by the roofing crew, Integrity Roofing & Construction was nothing but outstanding, professional, and courteous. Caleb sat down with my grandmother and discussed the estimate completely with her and answered all of her questions. He was very honest about the time frame of the work start date and the estimate itself was completely reasonable. As the work progressed, complications arose with the structure of the roof itself and Caleb called about the possible increase of costs. I was hesitant, but he assured me and my grandmother that he would try to keep the extra cost down. He did just that and we were pleasantly surprised that the increase was only $250. The work crew was timely and professional. Their cleanup was complete. I would HIGHLY recommend Integrity Roofing & Construction to anyone considering roof repair.

I went with them because of their price, professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. What I like about the job they did was the finish of the job. There were a few things that were wrong on the job, and they are coming back to take care of those. They were out here last night to look it over. I would consider using them first in the future.

The flaw in the concept of Angie's List is that it is accumulating ratings from the majority of homeowners or business owners who have no idea what constitutes acceptable work. Most homeowners are not professionals in the house renovation industry. To most of them, if the project looks good and the job was completed quickly without any hassles, they feel satisfied it was completed correctly. This is misleading and, as a result, I made an unfortunate choice. Adam Becker is the owner of the company and he prepares all of the project estimates. He is busy doing this and can not visit the projects during construction. When issues arose, he was very willing to address them and correct them. However, my desire was to not have the issues in the first place. Unfortunately, issues arose on a daily basis. Those issues were: 1. Communication breakdowns when ordering materials to match the contract. We were supposed to have a ridge vent installed during the roofing job. It wasn't included in the materials when they were ordered. Simple can vents were installed. Unfortunately, not enough of them were used and they had to come back and add three more. 2. In order to catch up on his work, Adam hired a subcontractor to place the roofing on our house. This crew was a catastrophe. They didn't work together. They didn't repair lifted and warped sheathing. They improperly installed the step flashing. They didn't remove an old faux chimney prior to installing the roofing, which was requested in the contract. The garage roof leaked and had to be repaired. After they left our house, they worked a little more, but were eventually fired. 3. They ordered the wrong size windows. We had to wait approximately an additional 2 weeks for another set to be fabricated. As a result, they went forward with the siding and did not properly install the window flashing, as is required by the manufacturer of the siding. 4. Siding was installed around the windows with little regard for preventing water infiltration. Manufacturer's recommendations were not followed and corrections had to be made. Siding was lapped in the woring direction for visual appeal. Siding was dented by the ladders and had to be replaced. 5. A gable vent was installed, but they framed the area with 2X4's immediately behind the vent, thus blocking the majority of the air movement. The project was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. It took 2 1/2 months. I had to remain home and inspect the work on a daily basis. I reviewed the installation manuals written by the material suppliers and applied that information to my inspections. In a number of instances, the foreman argued with me that he never did prior work in that manner. That was not my problem and it wasn't justification for not doing it properly on my house. In a nutshell, be informed of the work being done and be prepared to question whatever you see.

They were very professional and came on time. I would use Integrity Roofing & Construction again in the future.

My first call was handled well by a friendly well informed person. We set a date for the onsite inspection and estimate. The field representive was on time, called before comming out and was very professional. His presentation was excellent and informative. I had three bids for the work. They were the highest, but very close. I did not use them because they said they were backed up and could not do the work for six or seven weeks. My old roof developed a major leak in our dinning room about a week after our last bid. I couldn't wait six weeks Another high quality bidder could and did replace the roof four days after the leak. Integerty Roofing impressed me and may well have been my first choice except for the long start date.

He was very friendly and informative. We haven’t moved forward on the project.

The process went very well from start to finish.

The price was very reasonable. They were able to do several things which I liked. They were pleasant. They were not very timely but it was a small job and there were a lot of water issues with rain, so I understood. I would use them again in the future.

They responded quickly to our call, coming out to look at the damage the next day. When looking at the damage, they took pictures of areas on the roof so they could use them in explaining the work that needed to be done. They immediately covered the areas where there could be additional water damage until they could start the job. Four different companies have tried to repair the leaks in our roof and none were able. Integrity successfully repaired the siding, roof, and chimney. All the people who came to perform the work were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up the area while they were working. I would recommend them to everyone!

It's a "D" rating based upon lack of follow-thru after the quote. Received no goods, services or quote. Responded promptly and punctually to contact for quote. Professional demeanor, pleasant and informative, and spent appropriate amount of time onsite on 5 Jul 12 measuring for quote and advising various products. No hard sell at all. Advised quote to follow in a few days. Confirmed my email address for quote and phone number for further contact. As of this date (18 Aug 12), no quote received and no followup contact initiated by vendor. Checked my spam filter to assure any incoming quote wasn't filtered out or diverted to a junk folder.Contacted owner via email on 6 Aug 12 inquiring about the quote. Owner responded via email that he was on vacation and would respond the following Monday. No further response.
