We really liked them a lot. There is an overhanging on the front of the house and the roof comes out, but there was no soffit on it. However, they used the wrong sized nails and the nails stuck through. It was terrible. So, I called the guy out and they put soffits and vents on my entire house to correct the problem. I was really impressed because they certainly didn't make any money out of me and they did do what needed to be done to correct the problem. They were very consumer responsive. They weren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality. It's hard sometimes as a consumer when you don't get good service and they fight with you. They don't want to do it as well, but the guy from Holt Roofing came out and shook his head instead. Then he brought another guy out from the company and the only thing they could do to make it right was to take everything off and redo it or to actually add the soffits and the vents, which was a big job. It was not just putting the covers, but there is the venting in each section.

The gentleman that came out to give me an estimate was very professional and explained what they needed to do. He arrived within the scheduled time. the workers that did the work completed the job in a short time and did not leave a mess.

I came home from work one day to find my kitchen floor covered in water. I enlisted the aid of a handy neighbor to make temporary repairs to the ceiling where the water had broken through. The company that had installed the roof had gone out of business, so a friend recommended Holt Roofing. Mark Holt came out to give me an estimate. It seemed reasonable, so I hired him. I was very pleased with the work. He was even able to provide the exact shingles that were already on the roof. The job was completed in one day. I had Mark Holt out last month as I noted that the ceiling by my front door had cracks in the paint, and I suspected that ice damage over the winter had damaged the roof. He came the day after I called and inspected the roof. To my releif, he found no damage. He recommended I use Kilz to repair the ceiling. There was no charge.

We are very happy with the new roof and gutters. All leakage issues with the old roof appear to be fixed (judging after several very heavy rains since the installation). The only issues were some minimal damage to landscaping (especially during the gutter installation) and some loose areas of siding. The installers were very professional and even went above and beyond when we needed to replace a powered roof vent that was not part of the original contract. Realizing the day of the installation that the old powered vent had failed (shaft was broken), I went out and bought a new fan. The roofers installed and wired the new fan without any issue. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would recommend Holt Roofing.

This the 3rd time I have used Holt. In every instance i have been totally satisfied----I would hesitate to use some one else to save a few hundred dollars. They essentially swarm the roof and get the job done in a couple days---less mess and less risk of rain problems. Class act business

They didn't show up on scheduled day, with no call (though it was wet on that day), but performed services next day while I was at work. Quality of service was very good, so overall happy with service. For some reason there was a pile of nails in my front porch, but rest of clean up pretty good.

My experience with them has been very good. They have been fair in their estimates. They have been very prompt in their service. They are very reasonable.
