Description of Work: Requested quote on 6/30. Met with rep on 7/2. Arrived promptly. Was told I would get quote e-mailed within two days. I had not yet received a quote on 7/9 so I called back. Was told they would work on bid "tomorrow." It is now 7/23 and sill no quote. They must not have wanted or needed the work.

Description of Work: Called them. Talked to an Admin. Assnt. who said she would arrange a call back from the principal. No return called was received. Called a second time. Again was told the principal would return my call about the work. No return call was received. Proceeded to contract with another service provider.

Description of Work: I love my new bathroom. I had the tub removed and a custom shower put in. They gutted the bathroom to the studs and had to update plumbing. They knocked out a big built-in hutch-type closet in the bathroom, and a built-in hutch in the adjacent dining room to make room for a stackable washer/dryer set in the bathroom. They gave me what I wanted,responded right away if any questions or glitches needed worked out. Debbie, the point person in the office would always relay messages and get back to me when I had questions. I would use Handy Hubby again. The staff is very professional. PS - I'll be getting my new washer and dryer soon! I did not get any other estimates, so I rated average on the price above.

Description of Work: They replaced my deck and flashing connected to the house. In doing that they found the wood under the flashing was rotted so they replaced that. The deck is a lot sturdier now and they also put solar lights on the poles for no extra cost. My basement had some cracks in the walls so they filled them and painted with dry lock. They also replaced my sliding glass door. The columns on my front porch were rotting at the base so I had the four of them replaced with vinyl ones
