Description of Work: Excellent service. Provided 2-hour window for delivery of dumpster, showed up on time, dropped dumpster in driveway. Returned on time to remove filled dumpster. Courteous, efficient and cost-effective service. Plan to use them again.

Called in for dumpster on 25 May 2015... The guy answering the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious... I have an accent (Australian) he had zero patience, in course of 1 min the price for a 10 yard dumpster went from $199 to $399 because there was a small amount of brick to go in the dumpster regardless that I assured him it was a small amount and wouldn't exceed the 2 ton limit... He even started using a fake language as answers to my questions... I will not get a dumpster from this company again and I recommend no one else uses this company, there are plenty of different companies out there, use any other company besides HAI

Description of Work: UNPROFESSIONAL. CALLED OUR HOME AFTER 10 PM, SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO PICK UP DUMPSTER AND IF WE KEPT IT LONGER, THEY QUOTED US $5.00 MORE PER DAY. DID GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT AFTER A NASTY PHONE CALL TO THEM.

In ah nut shell HORRIBLE.
Description of Work: Hai quoted me a price of 179.00 out the door for yard debris and waste.he then called me on memorial day @10:30 pm ( he sounded drunk) screaming asking what I put in his dumpster I then proceeded to tell him dirt small stones and wood fencing he got irate and started cursing at me and telling me I better have $499.00 cash at the time of pickup or he will leave the dumpster in my driveway until he got paid or I better empty the dumpster.long story short I had to involve the police and my attorneyI'm glad to say things worked out in my favor thank God for a contract this man is the most disrespectful rude and obnoxious man you will have to ever do business with stay away from H.A.I dumpster

Wow. What a deal! Their current special is $199 for a 15 cubic yard dumpster for a week, and $10/day additional ($60/week max). The dumpster was delivered promptly to my house within 30 minutes of my call. They even were able to accommodate me with a low-profile dumpster, since I am not the tallest man in the world. Great company, will use them again. Nice staff too, plus you can't beat the price at all.

I have used them 3 times in the last couple of years. The price I pay depends on the size of dumpster I use. In my area I have found it to be the least expensive of the dumpster services. I recommend them because they are the least expensive and I can keep the dumpster for up to 5 days for the same price.

No hidden charges and very polite and on-time. I called others before going with HAI. Once I called them the dumpster was delivered with in 2 hours.
