He was very efficient, and gave me a proposal. I feel really bad because I have not gotten back with him, I intend to use him as soon as the check goes through. I had to get a lawyer and everything, the house belongs to my mom so everything is a mess. He came right away, he was very professional, and I was very pleased. Hopefully he still has time for me since it's the Summer months. It was a good experience. I think he gave me a good quote. They were having telephone problems and didn't get back to me right away. He was on time.

Customer service was honest and helpful. We are very happy with the end result.

Very well. Mike came out to see the short-notice job about as soon as he could have. I had emailed at roughly 9:30 PM and he was out before noon the very next day. I spoke with him by phone as he was walking the job and he was kind enough to remove the loose piece right away - before he knew whether he would get the repair contract. The gutters and downspouts went very well and very quickly.

They started one day and finished the next day. Great group of guys on the crew. Dave was an excellent supervisor and worker. Really efficient and excellent cleanup after job was completed.

I had meant to write a review shortly after the work was performed in January, but realize now I had not done that. I was in a bind when I noticed my second story gutter was coming loose and sagging. Fortunately, we had a warm spell at that time and I contacted Jacobs Ladder. Mike was very responsive in coming out, providing an acceptable quote, and getting the work done promptly. He has been very courteous and professional in all of our correspondence.

Jacob came out to take measurements and get info for a bathroom remodel on March 16 of this year. I contacted him 2 weeks ago because I had not received any information or proposal back. He said he lost my information. He apologized and said he would get something to me soon. I still have not heard from him or received a proposal. I am disappointed because I felt he was a sincere professional who took pride in his work and his company. After 7 weeks I am left with the impression that my business was not a priority to his company.

Overall the job went very well. I normally don't take this long to leave a review, but the job was performed a few months back. At first the wrong size door was picked up, but upon trying to install realized a custom size was needed, the only negative was the amount of time it took from intital contact to installation due to all of the issues. After some talking, they were able to bring the price down a bit for me due to the inconvenience. It was installed prior to the cold weather and am noticing now that it's rubbing a bit on the frame due to the heat, but I plan on contacting soon. Overall very responsive, courteous, and professional.

I received a prompt reply, and visit, for the project estimate, then the work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. The workman was professional and did a quality repair job, saving me the cost of having to purchase a new cupboard.

I called as they had good work for me previously. They showed up on time. Completed the job promptly. I am very happy with their work.

On Wednesday there was a heavy wind storm. Vinyl siding on side of house blew off, it even blew out the attic vent. I called them on Wednesday, they came out Thursday and gave me an estimate and covered the hole where the attic vent was with plastic. Friday morning they were here fixing the problem. They were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Will be using them again when needed.

It went wonderful not only did they fit me in today because I said I was off work due to storm but then they fixed the roof damage and also a preexisting problem we had with the storm flashing on the exhaust pipe!! Awesome job and very personable guys!!

Jacobs Ladder fixed the leaks and for a very fair price. They also put eave troughs on the whole house.

Gutter pitch was corrected to address overflow problem.

I will continue to use Jacob's Ladder and have referred them to others already. The only downside is having to wait to get on their schedule but I think that's a good problem to have. Their work is well worth the wait.

The people were very courteous, and excellent with their work. The work required two days, and they were on time both days. The crew would clean up as the work progressed and kept in constant communication as to what was to happen next. The drywall repairs and wall repaint is so complete, you cannot tell anything had happened. The safety rails in both bathrooms are very secure, even with the ceramic tile walls. The eave trough repairs were through and complete. An excellent job by an excellent company, who we have used before. We have some more projects on the horizon and Jacob's Ladder will get them all.

The work required two days. The crew was on time both days. The crew was courteous, and kept us informed on what was to happen at each step of the work. The crew cleaned up as the work progressed, there was nothing we had to do, when they left at the end of each day. One repair required removing some ceramic tile in the upstairs bathroom, the work was done and the tile reinstalled. The downstairs drywall was repaired and repainted so well, you cannot tell anything had even happened at all. The rain damage to the downstairs drywall was traced to bad caulking around a window and the window caulking was properly redone. The downstairs vanity was loose and shaking, not anymore, a like new tightness now exists. Both bathrooms had the safety rails installed, even with the ceramic tiles in the upstairs bathroom, there was no cracks in the tile and the rails are very secure and has added years to the time we will be able to stay in this house. We have used Jacob's Ladder before, this is the second time and it will not be the last time either! Excellent company, excellent people.

Mike and his crew are awesome. They were prompt, polite and knew what they were doing. I wish I had discovered them before now. Would defintely recommend them.

We used Jacobs Ladder to replace the gutters on our entire home. Initially, we arranged for an inspection and consultation. We weren't sure if we were going to repair or replace the gutters. The inspection was scheduled and performed quickly. They were very easy to communicate with, and after several appropriate phone calls, we decided to replace everything. There was no pressure to replace, as I was offered advice on repairs as well. My decision to move forward was based on their honesty and competitive quote. The gutter replacement was completed shortly after our final discussion, and was a major success. Improvements and rerouting the gutters was discussed and completed. Payment was quick and easy, with no hassles. We could not be happier and will use Jacobs Ladder in the future.
