 + -1 moreEach job performed has been on task and on time. When issues arise, as they often do in construction, Dennis and Pete are quick to treat what other tradesmen would see as a problem, as an opportunity to set a new standard for service and satisfaction.
Description of Work: As a Residential/Commercial Real Estate Agent and Investor in both types of property I have had the pleasure of using Granata & Haack Construction LLC for my properties as well as referred them to clients. No matter how big or small the project has been, Pete Granata and Dennis Haack have approached each with professionalism, knowledge, and accountability from estimation to job completion. Pete and Dennis understand the importance of budgeting when writing estimates but have never sacrificed quality materials or their own standard of workmanship to win a bid. It has been my experience that they price jobs fairly and always exceed expectation with the finished product.
