Great. Technician broke a minor component during the cleaning and replaced it for free the next day.

Took 2 trips, very courteous, efficient, price was about what was expected, solved the problem.

The job went very, very well from quote to install. On time and on budget which is always great! They provided me with a couple of options for different levels of efficiency which let me make some decisions about how much I was willing to pay for extra efficiency. Answered all the questions that I had very clearly. The final install was completed in less than 3 weeks from the date of the quote and went according to plan. They walked me through a few details on site (routing for new exhaust and new propane line) and worked with me to balance the best location performance wise versus where it would look best. The guys worked hard and everything went well from my point of view. Building inspector came by yesterday for inspection of the job and could not find anything wrong with the job and seemed pleased with the way that they had done the install and buttoned everything up well. All in all, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Today is a Sunday, so I expected to pay a little more than companies would normally charge. But to my surprise their price was lower than what I would have expencted to pay on a weekday. The service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He immediately opened up the furnace and said, I see the problem, it a hose that needs to be replaced, he replaced it and another hose as a safety precaution--it addition he found a small leak in the furnace which was caused by a previous repair person from another company---he fixed everything within 10 minutes and they only charged be $120 for the Sunday service call and repair. I am very pleased wih the service I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very prompt and professional upon arrival. The estimate was very accurate. They updated me throughout their progress as to how everything was going. They found that our exhaust was not venting correctly out of our chimney, but in fact was venting back into our house. They diagnosed a potentially lethal problem with our venting and shut everything off before anyone was injured.It took about 6 hours and upon ispection I found everything to be very professionally done and up to code. I would absolutely work with Glass City again in the future.

I was very satisfied with their service. I got a good discount on it. They hooked up the thermostat wrongly but they rightly came back the very next day and hooked it up right. There was no extra charge and they apologized for it. They were very polite and tried hard to please. I thought that they were cheaper than most other furnace people. They were very reasonable. Though they made a mistake they were very quick to remediate. They were very professional and punctual.
