Called to get an estimate for install. Took them 5 weeks to get out just to give an estimate which they had to reschedule once. When we finally did the walk through I was told I would have an estimate within a few days. 4 days later I got an estimate that was nearly $10k just to install a unit i already have. This is nearly $3k over what I expected. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of the estimate, because it had 0 details on what they would do, I was ignored. I reached back out and was ignored again. Clearly they don't want my business so they won't be getting it.

Tom Peters stands behind his work, but strives to get it right the first time. From replacing our water heater to installation and maintenance of the whole house heating and air conditioning system, Peters does it all professionally, promptly, and cost-competitively. To be frank, we do not concern ourselves with the cost factor because we know that whatever the Peters invoice shows will be fair and competitive.

They were willing to perform the work with a schedule that worked best for me. They ran into some unforeseen issue and went out of their way to make sure the work was completed in a timely manner. I had to be out of town and it was so good to be able to trust them when I couldn't be there. Even though they had the major part of the job to do in a crawl space they left the house neat and orderly. I will definitely call them again.

Usually I phone in and one of the owners or key technicians will call back within a few hours. If it is an emergency they will get here right away. They will call if they can't make it due to other clients who have more pressing issues. I have used them for around five years and the quality of their service is very good. One time I had a sump pump that wouldn't stop running. I called them on a Sunday, he walked me through step by step over the phone what I needed to do in order to turn it off so I didn't have to pay a Sunday service call fee. They came later to repair the pump.

Yes I would use George Peters and Sons again, I even recommended them to my daughter to do her plumbing as she is buying a new home and it is in their area. Thank you again Mr. Peters et al.

Most of the time, my experience with them has been pretty good. It's pretty actually somebody that I know, and I think they do a pretty good job but they're pricey. I would possibly use them again in the future.

When I called the office they returned the call in a timely manner. They arrived on time, were professional and excellent at diagnosing the problem. They treat all problems with the same immediate concern no matter how large or small the issue turns out to be. They are honest and completed the jobs in a timely manner.

They were marvelous. They were very efficient and on time. When they said they were coming, they were here. They suggested things to improve what I had. They didn't just do fixing; they made suggestions for improvement. The company was referred to me by another plumber who passed away. I will absolutely use them in the future.

I always use this company for plumbing. They are dependable and they do excellent work. I know both of the Peter's boys, Tom and Fred from doing work on two of my homes and they have always done great jobs for me. One time they came out at two o’clock in the morning to fix our air conditioning for me. I trust them so much that I have given them my house key so they can come in and do whatever work has to be done. They are punctual, and always there when they say that are going to be. I will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to others.

They came out to diagnose that there might be a problem. I like that they are local. I still have the problem that I call them out for because they were just diagnosing. They could have come out right away but we needed to reschedule and they rescheduled. I thought they were average and I'm not really sure if I'd call them again.

They are always responsive and the quality is very high. I have always been pleased with their work, and their workmanship is excellent. I have used other plumbers and I know that this company will come out and do the job right the first time. I would highly recommend them.

Our house is an old house and they did a fantastic job on it. I am really pleased with their work. The quality is very high. They come on time and clean up after themselves. They have great communication skills.
