FROGTOWN POOLS

One of the worst pool company’s ever. Dave and the installers were one of the most unprofessional things I’ve seen for just a pool. Dave has multiple excuses and then one day drops off the pool in a different company van for a plumbing company?? After that the installers no shows no calls and Dave just ignores this issue. End up calling a different pool company who informed us that Dave recommended the worst pool installers so we told them too leave. After that the new pool company got it up in 2 days. Called Dave again and he was completely unprofessional saying we didn’t give him enough money and that’s why this happened. Dave and this company are both unprofessional and they just cause a headache and waste of money and time.

Did a very excellent job. Very professional and up front about everything that needed done. I would send everyone there way for any of there pool needs.

e bought a Marquis hot tub from this dealer because they were the only local dealer and the tubs are rated very well. We had four seperate calls for warranty work, every time we had to cal repeatedly, ie more than 3 times @. It took weeks to get service done and this is work they were being reimbursed by the manufacturer for. The last time we called they gave us the run around so long our warranty had expired. For one of the jobs Frogtown told us our warranty was only 3 years, luckily we had the papers from our purchase that showed the warranty as actually 5 years. I will never do business with this store again, once the have your money they treat you poorly.
