+ -1 moreSo thanks to Frogtown Creations, my countertops look absolutely gorgeous. Of course had I know the trouble I would have with the Manufactorer, I would have ordered and purchased them from Frogtown directly. I worked with the staff at Menards for my entire kitchen remodel, including their cabinets, which all went well aside from the countertops. Lesson learned. Overall, Mark and Jeff from Frogtown Creations were curteous, professional and talented. I am very satisfied with the work they did and were very reasonably priced. I paid them more than what they billed me because of all the extra time they put in due to problems with the Manufactorer which had nothing to do with them.
Description of Work: Mark and Jeff from Frogtown Creations delivered and installed quartz countertops in my kitchen. I ordered and purchased the countertops from Menards who gets them from a Manufactorer called Midwest Countertops. I had already purchased the product when I contacted Frogtown to hire them for just the install. Unfortunately, I had nothing but trouble from Menards and the Manufactorer related to their product but Mark and Jeff were a life savior. Their professional opinions and experience were what helped turn our bad situation into a positive one. Once we were able to get the product the installation went flawlessly. I have one seam they did a fantastic job on, and they even had to re-cut one piece to fit. Installed my undermount sink and the faucet. They had to make several trips to Menards and to my residence and then a special trip for the additional piece to be cut. They stayed with their original estimate and only charged me a small amount more to cut the piece that did not fit.
