Description of Work: I hired Flex Property Management Jim Moody's Company with Bill as the manager, they mismanaged my rental home in Toledo resulting in the tenants, who had a horrible credit rating, to be evicted. They left my home with bed bugs, no drive bys were made for 2 years, including when the tenants were up for eviction, grass was over 2 feet high and I had to tell them that the tenants had moved out! Their rental income sheets were never correct and it took them over 8 months to come to get the lock box off my door. All this while Jim moody vacationed in Sarasota Fl. By the way, Jim Moody has been indicted...found on Google.
