 + -1 moreIt went well. The sign-up was easy. You can use any of their gyms world wide. I did not need a trainer and there was no pressure to sign up for one. The gym is kept clean and the other members seem to be decent people

 + -1 moreI became a member of Fitness 19 a year ago, but finally decided it was time for a personal trainer. I was teamed up with a trainer named Trevor. He is very knowledgeable and encourages me to stay motivated. I've learned a lot of great exercises from Trevor that I will be able to do on my own once my training sessions are over. I may purchase additional sessions with Trevor in the future. I highly recommend the personal trainers at Fitness 19.
