They were professional in their work and we never regret getting this done. When sump pump quit working, they came and replaced it with a new one. No questions asked!!

I had Jordan here to stabilize a basement wall that didnâ t reveal itself at the time 3 years ago when I waterproofed my basement. I am hoping the expense of this takes care of my wet/dampness problem.

Any time I have called with a problem regarding my. Waterproofing the company has sent someone out and have corrected the problem. We had them come out and place the easy breath and could not be happier.

My basement is dry and within the 4 -6 weeks after the job the humidity levels where at desired levels and stayed that way. The crew was great and the after care and follow up was above expectations.

Now have a dry basement no matter how much rain occurs.

I can now use my basement for storage and the easy breathe took the musty smell out of the basement.

I was very impressed with the work ethics. This crew was respectful friendly professional and very knowledgeable. They communicated well. At the completion of job, the yard looks great the basement looks great and I'm looking forward to a dry basement.

There were quite a few issues along the way. Bottom line, their communication should have been better. I had to complain to achieve a desirable outcome and get the job over the finish line. At the end of the day, they provided quality work and they corrected all of the issues I had. I didn't love that the sales person quoted a flat rate and wouldnt include a price breakdown. I feel like I overpaid for what was done, but my foundation and crawl are cleaned up and sealed, and I know it was done right.

The salesman was very pushy and did not tell me about the yearly fee for the 100% transferable warranty. The cost for the project is way over what I later found out that others wilh bigger projects have paid. I feel that I allowed them to believe in their trustworthiness without fully vetting them. Beware!

Sometimes difficult to get them to return phone calls.

After having a complete system installed over 10 years ago. I had an Issue with water coming in thru a basement window. Thinking I was going to have a confrontation getting it fixed I was pleasantly surprised when Tim said they would replace my outside window well. Tony and Corey had job completed in less than a day. Tim and crew are top notch.
