We were at the point of dreading rain. Everdry was recommended to us. We had an inspection and had the basement waterproofed by the Everdry company. It was extensive work, but worth every penny! We have said many times that it was the best money we ever spent. We now have peace of mind when it rains!

Everdry performed this job in the winter, I was skeptical buts its been a few years everything is good. I had did some landscaping with stone. They took time to pull back the black cloth, and put it back as well as they could til ground had to settle etc...The Ez breath is great. Tdc Plymouth,oh

Keep a close eye on their workers. I couldn't because the house is out of town. Someone from their crew left a freezer unplugged at my Dad's house where they were working, which caused me to lose about 37 pounds of prime venison cuts. Steaks, chops, roasts, tenderloins, bratwurst, plus eight pounds of ground venison. The company refuses to pay for the loss.

The crew was friendly & hard working & so far, my crawl space is dry, but it's only been a week-dry week.

EverDry completed our basement waterproofing several years ago. Since that time, our old "Michigan Basement" has been dry. The old musty smells are gone. My laundry room is in our basement so it is important to me to have a better atmosphere to do my work. We are now also able to use this space to store our holiday decorations and canned foods.

We hired Everdry based upon their thorough plan for our basement and their professional reputation. Throughout the process everyone we interacted with from the company was professional and knowledgeable. They were careful with our belongings, prompt, hard working, and answered all of our questions. About a week after the work was completed a representative came to our home to check in and answer any additional questions we had - a great addition to their program. everything was explained to me in advanced on what was going to be done from wrapping the furnace to keep the dust out to the the trenching inside and out. Including the sealing the foundation. The crew were very polite and cleaned up after the job was done. They washed down the walls and the floor. I can't wait to get to use my basement again. Linda

It's been more than a month and they have yet to complete the job. They strong-armed me into providing a Better Business Bureau evaluation before they completed the job. Job completion has been on hold for over 3 weeks due to wet conditions. The company was supposed to check each week but we have seen them only once.

I was very pleased with the timely manner the work was performed and how well the job site was left when the job was completed.

Everything was done in the amount of time predicted. Luckily, my basement is located near an exit and was virtually out of the way. The workers were all polite and respectful. There was a situation that had arisen that called for a different tactic. They had to dig the depth of the basement on the outside in order to properly waterproof it. It was the middle of winter and the soil was made of clay! Very hard work. They still managed to finish as promised. To this day, I still go downstairs looking for any leaks. I will say that I'm a very satisfied customer!! I recommend EverDry to anyone who will listen.
