Everdry Waterproofing Toledo

We had the full waterproofing service done on our small house. The cost was about 1/4 what the house was worth--kind of high. The crew worked quickly and were respectful. They also left everything in good condition, although there was so much dust in the basement that everything was still covered in spite of their efforts to protect our items. After the job was finished, our house felt brand new as opposed to before--damp/mildew smell. Total job took about 5 days. I would recommend Everdry.

They waterproofed my basement and installed a sump pump and ez breathe machine. They did show up on time. I wasn't able to get everything the salesperson promised me- I had a ledge that was structural and couldn't be taken out, they couldn't put the stable wall on my cobblestone foundation, but said I will get a rebate check for the cost of the wall they didn't do. The basement no longer looks like a dungeon. The durashield on the walls looks much better. They did take an interior basement door out and didn't put it back ( I hired a handyman to do that). They also suggested getting electric outlets for the sump pump and ez breathe (currently using extension cords). I am awaiting an estimate on how much that wil cost from a local electrician.

I am DC of Pioneer, Ohio. We bought our house in 1987. It had a damp musty smelling basement that during the spring time when there was a lot of rain or during heavy rains would have water pooling on the floor, around the walls. After looking at EverDry's system at our local fair we had it installed. Since that time we have not had any water or musty smells at all. Very pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

We had Everdry Waterproofing take care of our basement over 10 years ago prior to us refinishing our basement. We had great service upon installation and over the years, and when our sump pump kept sticking on/off they, came out and replaced it without hassle and quick service.

The work that Everdry did for us was very good. The best thing they did for us was allowed us to purchase a warranty every year for only $45.00 a year which we can continue to do for life. We have had them come out for minor problems about 5 times. They were very responsive.

Terrible experience

I found my basement flooding on a Sunday afternoon! I called the EverDry number and had a Representative at my house on Monday to prepare an estimate and schedule to fix my problem. The EverDry work crew was vert prompt, efficient, and courteous and did my project in a total of four days. The job was closely followed by the home office Quality Control personnel and any of my concerns were addressed immediately. Excellent job accomplishment and follow-up to assure that I was another satisfied customer. I would certainly recommend EverDry as a reputable, honest company.

I bought my house and am very thankful the Everdry system was already installed, All homes within a 5 block radius of my house flood every year from basement leaks to sewage back ups and MY house has NEVER had ONE leak. It is such a relief to know you don't have anything to worry about once Everdry is in your basement. from the water damage to the expensive clean up cost my neighbors go through each year they are choosing to have Everdry installed in there homes as well.

Jeff arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He was very polite, professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions we had and to explain everything in a way we could understand. Feels like he cares about our family and our home. We would definently recommend them to others.

EverDry did a wonderful job on our basement. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We received step by step instructions daily on what was being done and why. Anything that needed tended to, they did it, the basement has been great, dry and works well, Need to make it clear on what is the homeowners responsibility to fix up the area they left. We would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing to anyone who has a basement. Their system completely dried up our basement so we can use it like any other room in the house. They stand by their warranty. We had a sump pump go out and they were here the next day to replace it. We even installed the system in our rental house.

Everdry tiled under my house and applied plastic and sealer about 20 years ago and I am very satisfied with their quality of work. They also have a maintenance program which is very reasonably priced. They have always been very prompt coming out any time we had any issues. Dan E

My home was visited by many of the Company Reps before and during the project. We went over the project about 5 times before the work began. Although it has only been a month since completion, I believe my problem is solved. Time will tell, but I have a lifetime warranty and they assured me they will come back, if necessary. My husband and I thought the crew was very respectful, hard workers, and a pleasure to have working for us. We give them an A+.
