We have been happy with the waterproofing that was performed by Everdry of Toledo. We did have a few issues once the job was completed, but after calling in and discussing the issues, they were able to send technicians back to our house and the problems have been resolved. We have now been dry since 2014.

When we had the salesmen to the house he promised things that were not possible. He stated when the contractors were here working that they could remove our old TV antenna when they were digging up around the foundation. When they got there to start working they were upset because they do not that. Also, the salesmen stated that we could paint over the barrier that was put up in the basement. Not true because it had seam covers as well as rivets to hold it to the cinder blocks. We had to frame the walls and drywall to be able to really utilize the basement. The salesmen should not make promises that they really cannot deliver on.

The company did a very good job. Basement is dry! I would recommend this job instantly for anyone who needs waterproofing. Five years after completion of the waterproofing, the pump stopped working. They promptly came out and replaced free of charge. Very positive experience.

They worked really hard in hot weather; left the site in fine order when job was completed; kept us informed on progress and the condition of the house related to moisture situation. Was somewhat surprised at the cost, but not attending to that would have been a bad decision. Well satisfied with the crew.

We had EverDry waterproof our basement nearly 10 years ago. Before they came out the basement was not usable since it flooded constantly. That is no longer the case, and we are still problem free all these years later.

Do not live up to their service promises. Broke a window in my basement. No effort to make it right. Did not complete all work as promised . Left me a pond by the side of my house. Lip service on customer service.

Having been customers for 20 plus years, we're super pleased with EverDry and their crew. Tracey Ball, the foreman at the time, was very professional and courteous at all times. He was able to answer any of our questions and concerns. Given the weather at the time (December and 20 degrees) they arrived promptly and worked very hard every day they were on site. Regarding service, we have spoke to Tony on occasion. He was not only helpful, but very knowledgeable as well. We highly recommend the service warranty too. Additionally, we highly recommend EverDry for ANY basement work!

Very professional great workers.

We bought a house six years ago that the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof. A little over a year after purchasing the house the basement flooded because the sump pump broke. I dug out the paperwork and realized there was a small yearly renewal fee that I should have paid to keep the warranty valid, and I thought I was out of luck. I decided to call everdry anyway and explain the situation. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and agreed to let me catch up on the warranty and sent someone out the same day to take care of the whole mess and replace our sump pump with a brand new one. There was no hassle at all, and everyone I encountered was so helpful. In the five years since I've had nothing but positive experiences with them as well. UPDATE 01/07/2018: They've been great. I highly recommend keeping up with their yearly warranty. It's affordable and doesn't go up yearly like I've heard other companies do. We had to have them out recently when our drainage system got clogged and they stood by the warranty and provided friendly and fast service with no additional hidden costs.

We were very disappointed with their cleanup efforts. Our hardwood floors have scratches they did not have before they came. The dust was expected of course.

The waterproofing project to date has been great. The parts of the basement that we have been getting water in the past 10yrs has been completely dry since their work. They worked quickly and they always cleaned up after themselves!!

In the year 2000 we had a huge downpour, all the streets in Toledo were flooded, mine included. I had about 6 inches of water in my basement. I called Everdry to get my foundation inspected, a very nice gentleman came out to my home, he checked my foundation and gave me an estimate. I decided to have Everdry to waterproof my basement. I am so glad I did. The workers were very professional and did a great job. While others in my neighborhood are still getting water in their basements, mine remains dry. So glad I spent the money.
