The only frustrating part to getting this project completed was the lack of contact. After several false starts ( I even took work time off and they did not show) for them to come out and see the wall and tell me what needed done I received an estimate and paid a small deposit 06/21/12. I was told my tentative start date was 07/09/12. It came and went without any calls and the following week of 07/16/12 I noticed the water, gas and electric lines all marked in yard and thought this a good sign. I finally called again 08/13/12 and was told they would be out the next day. Noted to them this was not possible as I work full-time and needed some advance notice. I arranged to be off 08/15/12 and they were to come out between 9-10AM. I finally called at 11AM and was told all the workers were pulled to a large job to pour concrete and now it would be around 2PM. I noted they would need to get as much accomplished as they could this day as my work schedule would not allow for me to be off again. I was told it would be fine. They ended up arriving about 11:45 and completed the job around 2PM. The work seems great and again the 2 men who came out appeared knowledgeable and very courteous. I now know in the future to call any company if I have not heard a few days prior to the start date and keep calling until I have a date set up. But I would tell Diversified simply give waiting customers a call- I think for the most part I am pretty easy to deal with but a call would have made me feel my project was a priority to them as well. I did recommend them to a friend who also needed foundation work done and also to a family member with roofing needs as I do feel they are really professional and will do a great job.

We would use this company again and again. The Project went very well. In all aspects. Timely, good people, good work.

Diversified had me on their schedule for a quote two days after my initial call. My first appointment was with a great guy. I enjoyed speaking to him about what could or could not be the causes of my wet crawl space. However he came dressed to sell (in khakis) clearly no intention of inspecting my crawlspace closely. The first meeting was a dud. I was left no answer -- and waiting for a 2nd meeting to look more closely at the crawlspace. 3 days and no follow up on when a 2nd meeting might happened. I placed an email -- and after that-- was promptly put on schedule for the closer crawl space inspection. 2nd meeting went well also, I finally had some answers on what needed to be done as well as some hints for stopping water entry around other areas of my foundation . Still no estimate on the cost. Again I wait 3 days and place a call. Asking Diversified if they want my business on this or not. They got back to me a day later with the 3 solutions and an estimate for each discussed over a phone call. A lot of info to digest over the phone, so I ask for some write up on the three solutions so I can more closely study and understand them. 3 days from that I still await the explanations. I think Diversified is very knowledgeable in the foundation repair area. But I have to move on to another contractor. Too much of me moving the quote process forward and not enough response from Diversified for my personal comfort level.

Very good experience overall. I had to collect approval from all the members on the condo association which took some time. After I had condo association approval I provided the down payment. Communication could have been better, an actual start date for the work really should be provided, but was not. After about 2 weeks Diversified came out and did a great job in one day. I stopped out to see the guys while they were working on the job, they seemed happy to show me how the job was going.

I would not recommend them. They have not even finished the job. There was a group of three of them that came at night. They said they would do the job and that we had to leave the house. We left and when we came back they weren't done. They said that they would finish it in the morning and they didn't come back. We called the manger and he even disappointed us. The main guy didn't even come over like he said he was going to.

However, they wanted 25% down at time of signing of the contract. Seems like a lot of money as a deposit and what would I be getting for my deposit? A guaranteed start/finish date? None was provided. We elected not to use this provider for this reason alone.

They gave an estimate of $2140. The price he quoted was $600 cheaper than 2 to 3 other companies that we checked out. They did a good job. They were comparable to the other ones we had called but they were the only ones on Angie's List. They even sketched out what our layout could be, so we were satisfied about the price that is going to be at the time. He gave a free estimate. He brought out his portfolio which made me feel so confident in his work.

Started as scheduled and worked daily until project was complete. Excellent work by competent workers. Very concerned that I was satisfied.

.See above - i would recommend Diversified for concrete services and they could have earned an A if the driveway entry was done differently and the finish was consistent..

The quote was around $4000 or something like that. They were fine and I had no complications with the quote experience. They were professional as well.

Everything seemed to be going well until the end of the job. The crew did a good job pouring the driveway and the finished product looked great. When they came by for the final payment, I asked how long I need to let it set before driving the motorhome on it. I was told they didn't design and build the driveway for a motorhome. If they had known about the motorhome, they would have made it an inch or two thicker. The problem is that we did make a specific point to tell them about the motorhome at the first meeting. The estimator even mentioned, at that first meeting, that they would have to make the driveway thicker for that But somewhere in the process, they forgot. So we paid $6500 for a driveway that won't meet our needs. To their credit, they did offer a sizable discount on any future work as compensation.

I was impressed that the owner responded to my phone inquiry with a brief description of his career, company and methodology, which the other folks I contacted didn't . More professional than the competition. I had not met owner of Diversified previously . His crew were 2 hardworking local employees who did an excellent job for us . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diversified and in fact have already done so . They also did a repair on my lumpy front sidewalk and it still looks great years later . Estimate well written and followed exactly as described

I called for an estimate and the sales rep came out the next day. I told him what I wanted (a 10' x 12' patio) and he measured the space. He also gave me a book of various designs at various prices to choose from. I put 25% of the cost down with the rest due at the completion of the job. The sales rep said it might be a couple of weeks before they got to the job; however, in less that a week the owner called me and told me they could come out that afternoon. The crew leader, Jason, came out and we went over the plans. He measured and roped off the area to be dug. The next morning they came out to remove the grass and soil and hauled it away. Then they poured the concrete, smoothed it out, and when it was partially set, they dyed the slab with the base color. Then they put the surface dye on stamps and pressed it into the patio. There were a couple of days of rainy weather but the next clear day Jason cut the stress joints, washed and scrubbed the patio and put a finish--sealer on it which really brought out the color. He told me to wait aout 48 hours before I walked on it.
