Apparently they aren't the professionals I was looking for.

This company was unresponsive and had completely failed to address the infestation in my rental property.

Provider inspected area, including exterior foundation. Bait boxes were placed in utility room in basement and in garage. I have had on instances of mice since that time.

I didn't compare him with others regarding pricing.

Phone call, suggested I bring pests in for identification.Brought pests in, identified, recommended treatment I could do myself. After further discussion, I decided to go with having them do the treatment. Worker came on time the next day, was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic! Did a thouough review of the structure from top to bottom, recommended a course of treatment and applied same. Nice people, very professional and thouough.

I found him on Angie's List. The situation was controlled by the time he got here, so he did not actually do anything for me. I had been out of town and when I came home my utility room was full of flies for days. I called him for help. By the time he came out it was down to 4 or 5 flies. He suggested it was probably a dead animal under the house. He gave me suggestions about what I could do for the future. He literally walked around the house and inspected it and gave me verbal suggestions. He did not charge me for this. I think he was professional. I would give them the name of this company but since he did not do anything I could not say how he works. I did call him again when I had a bird in my house in my exhaust fan in the kitchen. He told me he did not do that but referred me to Wildlife Animal Control and gave me their number. In my dealings with him he has been courteous, professional and helpful. Again, I have not had him come and resolve a problem. I would consider using him in the future.

They came once a month for about eight months. It did help. I've been using them for eight years.

Friendly & professional. The did what they said they would do; They showed up on time, they called when they said they would call. Sprayed for carpenter ants found when a roof was replaced. Follow-up spray 3 weeks later. Follow-up phone call two months after that to ask if there were any signs of carpenter ants returning.

We had a serious bug problem from a roach motel next door to our house. We tried every kind of spray, bug bomb and homemade remedy we could find before we found Del Roy. After the initial spraying, we stopped seeing any bugs within 48 hours. They were very friendly and informative about the products they used in our home.

I am very happy with Del-Roy. After they treated the first time, the centipedes disappeared for a long while. Since they came back the second time and have been treating monthly, I don't see centipedes, or much of anything else inside the house. Because they are careful about where they spray, I've had no health problems from the chemicals. Oh and they'll also come out in between regularly scheduled visits, if I call. You can't ask for better service.
