+ -1 moreMy mother signed a purchase agreement for a villa that was under construction in April of 2011. It was not ready for occupancy until October, 2011. She lived in it for three and one-half months before she passed away. Then, we put the villa back on the market with Danberry again and we had to come down on our asking price $5,000 not only because the market was bad, but also because they were working much harder to sell the ones still being built. It was on the market from March, 2012 until October,2012.
Description of Work: We purchased a house through them and resold it through them as well. Don't resell a house using the same realtor if they have a vested interest in commissions for new ones under construction.

+ -1 moreShe was very professional, very patient. I lived in Cleverland which is an hour and half of where the house ultimately ended up. She was fairly available. She was good. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used DANBERRY for Real estate. That was 2 years ago. They helped find a home.
