+ -1 moreThe service man was very professional. He addressed all my concerns. He explained what he was going to do. When a problem became evident, he showed me what it was and discussed possible solutions in a reasonable and non-alarming manner. When there was more than one reasonable option, he accepted my choice. And? he left everything immaculate! Cleaned up behind himself throughout. His "lunch break" (for which I was NOT billed) was about 15 minutes in his truck! This is not the first time I've called upon Cisterno's Electric. Each time the experience has been excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, and do not try to frighten a customer into doing more than is needed.
Description of Work: 1. Repaired both door bells; this involved rewiring one. 2. Repaired significant open wiring in the basement (recently accessible when false ceiling was torn down. Labor time: 5 1/2 hours.

+ -1 moreHe has been absolutely wonderful throughout the 20 years that I have lived in my home. He has been very fair and honest. He is very responsive and prompt. The first time he came out he promised that he would be there immediately to help me if I ever called. He was really honest and knowledgeable about the original condition of my old home and didn't try to overcharge me for things that I didn't need. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He came out and fixed our electrical system and upgraded it.

Description of Work: Well, one night my kitchen light put on a fireworks display for me. So, an electrician came out, discovered the problem was the light itself; took it down, gave me advice on what to do, tightened the breaker, and then tightened all the loose breakers, fixed an outlet that was off and then examined the entire system to make sure it was safe and up to code.
