Got glue on my antique bench. Called to ask how to remove it and they never returned my phone call.

I dropped off two pieces to be refinished and repaired, they kept stalling when it will be done. I paid more than 50% and to this day they have not found my furniture and have not acknowledged it. I am awaiting a document from my bank and then will be taking them to civil court. When describing the pieces the owner would say oh yeah as it is very distinctive. My wife thinks that they were worth a lot of money which we are researching as it could have been the real reason he can't find them. A bright red photographers chair and a straight back cane chair needing to have the can replaced. I always thought they were a reputable company, not anymore.

My kitchen table top needed to be refinished. It looks great. But the table pulls out to make it bigger. Well the underneath was not finished like it was. Plus the table moves on pulleys and they were stuck. My husband and a friend had to work on them to get them to move so that I could open the table and closed it. The under neath is not pretty. So I would not use them again.

Avoid this shop at all cost. Stripped my table top and refinished but does not match the rest of the set anymore. Said they could not do that but never told me the expected outcome. Tried to adjust things, but said they cannot go lighter only darker. Had to call them several times to find out the status of the project. Have had my table for about 2 months. When I finally picked it up, the table top was filthy And finish had drips and marks on it along with half showing shiny finish and half dull. Tried to get the to provide some refund, but they said they did nothing wrong. But they never told me the table would come out looking different than the rest of the set. I have had this work done before when I lived elsewhere and know it can be done properly. Upon speaking to others in my neighborhood I understand this is typical of their experience as well.

Good job refinishing my antique dining table. Service took less time than expected as well. Would go back if I ever need any additional services.

Nice guys to work with. You get what you pay for. Price was fair but, paint overspray, spots of paint still cleaning. No one is impressed! Not recommend.

They were on time and returned before promised didn't leave until I was happy
