Description of Work: New carpet for family room and stairs.

Description of Work: Carpet poorly installed. Every seam is visible. Sent workers out to correct issue. Seams are still visible. Will never use them again.

Description of Work: I was having my staircase carpeted to allow for safer use of the stairs. Originally I was told that two trips would have to be made to allow for the installers to cut the carpet and then send it to be bound on the sides. On the date of the purchase of the carpet I was told to expect a call in 7-10 days. After not hearing for nearly 3 weeks I called and was told that the carpet had arrived from the binder. I was confused because no one had ever come to the house for the "first visit" for which I was charged 80 dollars for. I called Nathan and he was apologetic that there had been such a lapse in communication. I am wondering though if I hadn't firmly discussed the reimbursement, would they have been honest and taken care of the refund themselves? The company did schedule the install quickly after they had messed up - even doing it on a Saturday which I was originally told would necessitate an additional charge (which was waved). The installers were great - careful and meticulous. The end outcome was awesome - the stairs look great and are WAY safer! I am not opposed to using this company again - they made things right, but I definitely had to stay on top of the situation. I know it wasn't a big job, but nonetheless, important to me. Hopefully next time, they will see it as important.

Description of Work: I had carpet installed in family room and hall and Vinyl in Kitchen and hall. I found the sale associate very helpful and the installation crew very accommodating, efficient and professional.
