Description of Work: Cleaned large family room, master bedroom, stairs, two small bedrooms and applied carpet protector. Tony the owner performed the work. He was easy to talk to listened to what my needs were and made suggestions that saved money.

 + -1 moreI learned of this company through Angie's List and they (actually one person, Tony, the owner) were very quick to respond. I told Tony what I needed to have cleaned, and he quoted an approximate price (the actual cost was very close). He said he would call back in a few days to schedule an appointment the next week, which he did. We scheduled the appointment and he called one hour ahead and said he was running a little early... which was fine with me. The whole job was done in a little over two hours. The carpets were cleaned better than they had ever been before... and there was very little water left to dry. Tony was friendly, honest, professional, thorough, and punctual. I do not hesitate to recommend Carpet Cleaners of Toledo.
Description of Work: I hired Carpet Cleaners of Toledo to clean my carpet throughout my home. I have used various professional carpet cleaners in the past, and I thought they all did a very good job until I hired Carpet Cleaners. The job that was done for me was outstanding!

 + -1 moreEvery thing looked good and smelled good. Doesn't take days to dry out either. His machine sucks, in a few hours you can walk on nearly dry carpets.
Description of Work: I asked Tony from Toledo Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets in two collage houses I had vacant. These houses required a lot of spot cleaning prior to cleaning both houses. Tony as usual did an excellant job and even deodorized them. It sure beats doing them myself like I use to do. Tony also does all of our apartments which means he may have to go up 3 floors, no problem.

 + 0 moreHe provided an approximate time and arrived when expected. Cleaned rooms, rug and couch as expected. Clearly communicated up front he needed us to move all small furniture and nick-knacks prior to his arrival. Also he would not be able to move the larger items, which we agreed to. All in all, it was a very good value. My one quibble is that everything took longer than the 12 hours quoted to dry. That is the reason for the demerit on Quality. It was cleaned to our satisfaction, just a longer than expected dry time.
Description of Work: Two bedrooms, including small hallway and stairs. Also cleaned small area rug and couch.

 + -1 moreHe told me that he would be there late in the afternoon, he called me as he was leaving his previous appointment, I was there ready for him, he left late like 7PM and the carpets were almost dry by 11PM when I came back to lock the house up. How easy!
Description of Work: Tony from Toledo Carpet Cleaners cleaned all the carpets and stairs in our college student housing unit. He spotted every room, then cleaned them all. He got out stains and other stuff that I would have worked on for days to get out. I have decided that this is the only way to go, he can do them much quicker, better and with a lot less stress in my life, and the price was great.
