Driveway was installed in a timely manner. Problem occurred after the first rain. A fairly large puddle was evident, due to grade error. I called to complain of the puddle and sent pictures. The estimator Tom M. did respond and came out to inspect the drive. Tom sprayed the drive with our hose and measured the depth of the puddle/low spot. He told me the depth of the puddle was within their tolerance. I expressed some concern about water on the drive especially in colder weather turning to ice and how unattractive a puddle on a new driveway looked. My old 12 year old driveway did not have a puddle this big. Tom states if the puddle/low area got bigger to give him a call.

1. Neighbor reccomended, 2. Called for quote 3. Quoted and put on schedule to be timed with neighbor 4. Read contract, cleaned driveway and left the rest to them. 5. Job was done, the preparation they provided was horrible, the crack filling was very random and not done well. The actual sealer was sprayed so thin its nonexistent. 6. Hard to get on phone to complain. 7. Spoke with supervisor and estimator. 8. Supervisor scheduled a second coating. Estimator returned and cussed me out in my driveway. I was told never to call again they didnt need my F@#$%ing business by Davis Gulley. 9. Job redone unannounced and just as bad as first time. 10. Promised cleanup not done. 11. I dont reccomend them to anyone.

They did a good job of re-sealing my driveway but they left numerous black asphalt sealant shoe prints from their shoes on my lawn and in addition left a long pieces of past asphalt sealant in the grass. The asphalt shoe prints will likely kill my grass in those areas. This was very disappointing because when I have used their services in the past there were not these problems. But I sincerely doubt I will use their services in the future.

It went well. Once they came out the project went smoothly and quickly.

crack repair was pretty good, and driveway resealing was excellent. Price was very competitive and was much less than 2 other contractors we got bids from.

Very well. Matt did an incredible job of laying out the new drive and taking care of some drainage problems. He may be the best in the business. The workers were efficient and well trained. We did have to wait a bit because they were busy, however considering the end result it was worth it. They came back immediately to correct some minor drainage issues.. This is a well run professional company that takes pride in doing a good job and will stand behind there work.

I'd say it went very well. They were punctual and courteous. I'd definitely use them again. My only frustration was that when they first arrived to do it on an earlier date, the team said they knocked and couldn't get a hold of me, but failed to call my cell phone to inform me they were there. Customer service was excellent and the problem was resolved.

Well, first of all there was someone out to give me a quote for sealing my asphalt driveway. If I get a quote I assume you can perform the thing you're quoting me on. The quote was reasonably priced at $89. A month or so later someone was supposed to come out in the morning and do the driveway. They didn't come until 5pm. Once they were here they told us that they can't do the driveway because our driveway was in too poor a condition to be sealed. He was very rude. We asked why we would get a quote if it couldn't be done and he rudely said "was that years ago?". No it was about a month earlier. I told him to leave without doing anything and they did. I wish that was the end of the story. A few weeks later they sent me a bill in the mail!!! I called them and was told I'd get a call back. No call. I called them again and same thing. I thought that was the end and they'd stop bothering me. NOPE! Just got an invoice through email asking me to pay for the service they performed!!! I wrote back and received no response.

Removed and replaced driveway. They were conscientious and dependable.

This is an excellent company. They are highly recommended by excavators, contractors, and others in the construction field. After this winter, our commercial parking lot was in need of more than TLC! Their price was very competitive, their service prompt, and they worked with us to keep traffic flow during the project. Also, the technology and mapping used to plan out the project, which was a total of 3 days of paving was exceptional. But in the end, I paid for paving. And the paving: the patch fill, the crack fill and the top coat they installed looks great. I am very impressed with the product they put down. Next, they will be doing my personal driveway.

I called and they gave me an estimate. I like the price and called to schedule an appointment. I had to cal again before they called back to schedule the appointment. They apparently were very busy. We had a very rough winter and the schedule was full. they set the appointment up in the next two weeks. They called and came out to do the work within 3 days of the call. The edge work was great and they were in and out very quickly and did an excellent job. It was very professionally done and looks great! I get my driveway sealed every 2-3 years and this was the best job we have ever received. We will be using them again in the future!

Buck Brothers carefully removed the original double wide 35 year old asphalt drive, widened the drive 3 feet, and laid a fresh foundation of limestone the first day. The asphalt crew arrived the next morning and laid a 2.5-4 inch new drive, meeting the stringent Maumee code requirements for the approach by the street. Both crews were very courteous, efficient and timely. Great care was given properly grading the fresh asphalt from the edge of the garage floor to the sidewalk, and from the other side of the sidewalk to the street. Each crew promptly cleaned up after themselves and completed their respective portion of the project within 4 hour time windows. They all did an excellent job. A reputable company to work with. We are quite pleased with the results.

I called them, they were out the next day and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable (in my view) I have a 3 car garage so my driveway is a bit wider. They did not give me a date as to when they would be there, which is understandable as the weather can change that. I got a call the night before the came saying they had cancellations and wondered if I wanted my driveway done the next day. I said yes and they came and did it. First filled the cracks and came back after a few hours and sealed the driveway. They recommended on the bill that I have it done every 2-3 years. Will be using them again the driveway looks really good!

Our driveway had minor damage due to two large trees being uprooted adjacent to the driveway. We made the decision to replace rather than repair. The work was done promptly and (it seemed, see concerns below) professionally. This was in the fall of 2012; they were to return in early summer to seal the driveway. 1) As we worked to regrade our lawn and repair the area that was damaged from the uprooted trees, we discovered that a number of medium to small pieces of the demolished driveway had been deposited about 9-12" below grade in the holes created by the pulled up roots. To be fair, under normal circumstances, that would have been far enough below grade to never be an issue, but since we were trying to create a level grade where the trees had previously created mounded areas, it was a problem for us. We probably took out aboutone bushel of pieces of concrete and asphalt that were within our work area. 2) Buck Brothers did not get back to us regarding the resealing. I finally called them about 3 months after it was due; at that point it was completed promptly although I would have preferred better notice of when they were coming. It turned out that the individual who had been in charge of our job had left the company, which is why the follow up had not occurred. It is always better if a company can handle the transfer of such job responsibilities in way that does not leave customers falling through the cracks. Again, in fairness, I realize that sometimes such transitions aren't smooth and things like this happen.

I contacted them in May to seal my driveway. They responded immediately with a quote, which I found reasonable. They said they would call to schedule a time to do the work, when they would be in my neighborhood. They called in late July, and we set up a date for the work. They were to call 2 days in advance to confirm, which they never did. I called them the day before the work was to be done, and they said they now couldn't come on the scheduled date, and we rescheduled for a Sunday. I cleaned everything off the driveway, coordinated the 3 different drivers in my family to move their cars and waited at home for them all day. They never showed up. I called the following morning, and was told that they came to my house, but didn't do the work as my dogs were outside. As I hadn't been given a time when they would start, I was leaving my dogs out as long as possible, knowing they would need to be inside once the work started. Unfortunately, they never called to ask me to put the dogs inside. We arranged for another date later in the week. Once they finally came, the work was very high quality. I would use them again, but would be very clear about dates and times.

Overall we were very happy with the work they performed. We did get a few quotes and they were by far the cheapest. They called us a few days ahead of when they were coming out and showed up when they said. They performed the work while we were at work, but were very professional and courteous on the phone. I would definitely recommend them.
