+ -1 moreI was really pleased with the service. I had a window pane break on an old unusual window. There was no way I could remove it from the sash without completely tearing apart the frame. The worker came twice: once to take a look at it, measure it, and order the new window, and the second to install it. He said it would be a difficult job and take about two hours. I agree: it was a difficult job and I can say he took almost two hours to do it. It would have taken me two days. The new window looks and works great. I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken window.

Description of Work: Heard many good things about this company. Called twice for an estimate, did not return call. When called a third time was told owner is busy will call you when he get's a chance, never returned call. Perhaps a good company just poor communication on the phone.
