 + -1 moreThey collected all of the money for the project, haven't completed the work and texted to let me know that they won't be coming back to finish or fix their mistakes.
Description of Work: They were supposed to install a new exterior door. They damaged the hardwood trim on the interior, didn't install the door within tolerance and refuse to fix their mistakes after being given weeks to rectify. They have also refused to refund any money paid despite having been paid in full for the job.
