BARTZ VIVIANO FLOWERS & GIFTS

I received a confirmation e-mail showing the flowers. The container was completely different from the website, and there appeared to be less flowers. I replied to the e-mail and said as much. They did call, and I missed the call, but when I called back, the manager was defensive. She said that they use several types of containers for the arrangement that I ordered. She said that she had "followed the recipe" for the arrangement. She did not apologize. She argued. When I arrived at the funeral home, the arrangment appeared to be much smaller than the advertized size, however I didn't happen to have my tape measure in my purse, so I can't be certain about this. This was not a cheap service. If I wanted cheap, I would have gone to a discount service. I expected to get what I ordered, and I did not.
