Hire ASAP! They are the best in the business.

Setup appoint, no call - no show. Called their number and the answering service took a message. ASAP called back setup an appointment for the next day and was again a no call - no show. If they can't even show up, how can you expect them to do a good job?

Cody (and Matt) showed up when they said they would (within 15 minutes). They were both very professional and prompt. Cody said it would cost between $350 and $400 and after completing the service in roughly just a half an hour, I was charged the low end of the estimate, $350. I would definitely recommend ASAP, for sure, and will hire them for my plumbing needs in the future!

Showed up on time. Ran into issues installing back sillcock, which was no issue. One of the gentlemen seemed willing to find a work around, the other one wanted to move onto another job. Garbage disposal works, I ok’d a smaller unit than what I had previously but didn’t know that meant it would be incredibly loud and the rubber drain thing where the food goes in would no longer be removable. Did not receive Angie’s list coupon because it wasn’t printed out. Was told that if I left a review by the time they were half way done, they would honor the coupon. I had no way of knowing when they were half way done so didn’t get it. Note that the coupon DOES NOT say it has to be printed, it just has to be mentioned at the the time of estimate. This is the 6th Angie’s list contractor we have used and I have never had anyone request the printed coupon. Most give it to you once you mention Angie’s List. Plus they left pieces of pipe and parts lying around. Not a big deal, just an annoyance on top of the $86 I was cheated out of.

I'm sure they do great work, based on all the other reviews, but ASAP does not service Monroe, MI. They come up as the first option, however, even though I included my ZIP code when I was searching. So, if you live in Monroe, call someone else.

Vic was very courteous and flexible when it came to working with my schedule.

Cody and Vic were quick to respond and repair the pipe. They both were polite and fixed it problem in 30 minutes. Would recommend these guys.

ASAP was great. I received a call back right away, and John was able to come over that morning. He looked at the old toilet (I had tried to make repairs) and suggested that a new one would be a better idea than fixing this 28-year-old one. He was right. We were able to put a new toilet in the next morning. John did a great job, very professional. He was there every step of the way, explaining the process. I would surely go to ASAP again.

I wasn't terribly happy when ASAP left my house, but the issue was resolved when I spoke with Eric (owner) a few days later. I felt Eric was willing to do what was necessary to make me a happy, return customer. I would call them back in the future (although I will likely request they not send the same guy). I will add this piece of advice; it is YOUR responsibility (the customer's) to speak with your insurance company. Don't ask the plumber to speak to the insurance, even if that's what the insurance wants.

Thank you ASAP American Sewer and Plumbing Services Inc. for such a quick response. They were at my property with an hour of me calling and fixed the problem quickly. Your technician was very prompt, friendly and got the job done quickly. They snaked the cleanout and found out the blockage was due to tree roots in the line.

ERIC did a wonderful job and so did his co worker. He knew what he was doing and was fantastic with The price. He did it quick and then explained to us about more future work. Very smart and kind.

Fast response. I called after hours and received their answering service. A.S.A.P. returned the call quickly and determined what our need was. Their employees were friendly, helpful, and professional. They got the job done quickly. I am very satisfied and would use them again.

Extremely responsive polite and were efficient and friendly. They were in The area and made time for me the same day without and emergency service. Knowledgeable about what they were doing. And ask before they did anything. Even made sure everything worked that was turned off and gave a recap. Great experience

Rob came out soon after I called on a Saturday. He quickly determined where the problem was got it fixed. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Would definitely call them again.

Wonderful experience, he listened to us and what we had done to try and resolve the issue before calling a professional. Did not make us feel silly and assured us he could get it cleared and gave a thirty day guarantee to come back out for free if it did not work.

John from ASAP showed up VERY quickly and resolved the problem fast. Very happy with their service.

They showed up only a couple hours after I called for an estimate. They started work right away. When they dug, they found an old septic tank we didn't know was there. They took care of it and still installed the cleanout and augered the line all the same day that I called for service. Very fast and thorough. They came back the next day to put a camera through the line to make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend
