The service was great. They were on time and very informative about explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. A very professional company.

It went very well. The only complaint is that I have Menards, Lowes, and Home Depot very close to my house. It seemed that it took to long to get the part.

They were prompt and showed up when they said they were going to show up. Completed the job at a reasonable cost and the quality of the work was very good. Would use again.

This is the second time we have used the company and the same plumber (Robert K). Again he arrived exactly during the time period he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently. Very thorough and charged a fair price. We would definitely use and recommend this company and plumber again.

I am paid hourly so it cost me money to meet A.S.A.P at lunch. I arrived at my residence from work at noon. I waited until 1:20pm for A.S.A.P to arrive. No call - no show. As I was driving back to work I called Eric and questioned where was the technician and why I did not receive a call informing me that either he would be late or not coming at all. Losing money by driving home at lunch waiting for these guys, I believe would put most people in the not of best moods. Needless to say the conversation was a little heated and Eric was yelling at me as I him. All the while I'm thinking what an unprofessional person/company: 1.) to make an appointment and not keep, 2.) not show up, 3.) not call, 4.) yell at the customer as if I were his child. If they were a no call - no show this time, what about when the work is supposed to be performed? How many other times would they be a no call - no show? To my surprise Steve the plumber from A.S.A.P. called me at 1:40pm and was apologetic-at least someone in the company seems somewhat professional. I explained that I already had other quotes and I most certainly would not entertain the notion of contracting A.S.A.P. due to my negative experience. I can't believe this company has an A rating. I'm suspecting there must be several bogus positive reviews in order to have the A rating. Fellow members heed the warning and look elsewhere.

Initial phone call to the company was pleasant and services were available immediately. The plumber (Robert Keith) who came to the house was punctual and very friendly. After he completed the fix, he tested the sink and replacement pipe to ensure that everything was working properly before he left. We would absolutely use this company again. Additionally, for a holiday weekend, prices were very reasonable.

The main sewer line in our basement was almost completely blocked by roots, resulting in a stinky mess (as you can imagine) in part of the basement floor. Checked Angie's List and contacted A.S.A.P Plumbing out of Toledo because they had great reviews. Incredibly, they had a team here within 30 minutes of my call (from Toledo!) and the line cleared within an hour, all after 9:00 pm on a Saturday. Total cost was a very reasonable $125. The lead plumber, Steve, was very polite and took the time to show me the roots that they had cleared, and how to keep from having this mess again. We recommend this company if you have any emergency plumbing needs!

Very old Toledo 65 foot drain line from house to street was plugged. Line was also connected to the drain line from the house next door which had been demolished & which both lines emptied into a brick "privy" basin near the city drain line at the street. Old line & the brick privy were totally removed and new line was installed. In addition the fresh water line criss-crossed the drain line several times & needed to be re-connected. The line was filled in & the surrounding lawn was cleanly raked. All the work was done in one day. I highly recommend them for any drain line repair.

I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from the company that I spoke or had contact with were very professional and well mannered. The first time I called them out was the sewer was backing up into the basement sink and washer drain pipe. I called in the morning and they made it out about 1 o'clock. They performed the work and cleaned up after. I called again two weeks later for the same issue. I was told it would be a few hours until they could get there. After a few hours they called and said it would be a little longer due to an issue with another job. I appreciated the call understood problems can arise. This time they ran a camera and determined there were a few bellies in the line. We decided to have a new sewer line and scheduled it. The day before I received a call that the inspector would not be available so installation would be pushed back 1 day. The work was performed and finished in 1 day. I am very satisfied with the job that was performed. Thank you ASAP.

The people were more than professional. They even went the extra mile and cleaned up after themselves. I tried to help and he wouldnt let me. lol The work done took longer than expected and yet they didnt charge more. They were very customer oriented and customer satisfaction seems to be the most important factor. I was the mother in law who was there. The work was done in my son's home, but I have rentals and I would hire them in a minute. I appreciate customer service these days

Called on a Saturday and they came right out....ASAP (LOL)! They were very prompt, professional and helpful and the price was right. He took the time to explain what the problem was and also made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. I own several properties and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Extremely pleased with the service and happy I found them!

IT went very well.

Came within an hour of my call. Identified the problem, cleared the drain and cleaned up all water afterward.

I called in the AM and they responded within a half hour. Two young men, Toby and Kyle, saw the problem of a clogged sewer line and informed me what they were going to do and gave me an estimate. Throughout the entire process they told and showed me what they were doing and explained it in plain simple terms. They put down tarp so as not to dirty the carpeting in the basement and even swept up the nasty sewage and hosed that area down where the sewage had come up. (Because I am having some bathroom work being done, I told them I would finish it up with a commercial cleaner designed for that kind of clean up...there really wasn't anything more I had to do other than wipe the cleaner on the floor.) The problem is probably caused by a tree out front. They suggested I have the line cleaned at least once a year or more to keep the line open. They even took the time to check out my sump pump when I had a question about it and put the cap (?) on one of the stacks the proper way. They were professional and courteous. I will use them again.

They were here within a half hour of my call to them and they stayed to pump the water out of the crawl space due to the fact that my sump had quit working. They pulled the old pump waited for me to take it back to the store and get a new one (it was still under warranty), and they put the new one in for me, as well as putting in the new drain pipe for me. Very friendly and professional, I will be calling them again in the future for some other projects I have in mind.

. My tenant moved out & left a horrible mess in the basement from a backed up drain. There was at least 2 inches deep of toilet paper & waste on the floor & the drain was packed with it.They worked for nearly 8 hours & went way beyond what I expected to get the drain unplugged & the basement clean.They also took the time to take & send me pictures of the mess & what they were doing because I was out of town. They even scrubbed down the basement floor with bleach & sanitized it.
