Eric is the owner of A.S.A.P. and has helped me with my personal home and with my two rentals. He is honest, personable, hard-working, and he knows what he is talking about. He has never failed to solve any of my plumbing problems. On one occasion in particular, he did not leave my renter waiting days like another plumber was going to; he was there the same day! In brief, Eric is friendly, he's the best, and he's the one I trust.

Excellent. I called Friday at 3pm and they offered to send someone out that evening to look at the shower. I told them I could wait until next available due to having a 2nd functioning shower in the home. They offered to send someone Saturday morning (free of extra charge) at 12p. Kyle, technician called me at 11:30am to discuss the problem and let me know he was running a little late on a current job and would be over in an hour. Kyle and Cody discovered the issue, went to the store and brought a replacement part, installed it and discovered there was a 2nd issue. He explained what else was wrong and told us how expensive it would cost and asked if we would like the service completed. He said Saturday was considered our free estimate and would return Monday morning to complete the work. He called Monday morning and said he was going to the shop and would be over within the hour. Kyle and Cody arrived within the hour and completed the necessary work within 2 hours. They also installed a bathroom faucet my husband was installing while they were working in the bathroom. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing work and will gladly use them again in the future. Great experience!

Someone came to the house to give an estimate the same day, compared to other plumbers who either didn't call back or couldn't come over for a week. They were professional, friendly, and punctual. We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

My bathtub had become clogged last week I opened claim with my home warranty company who sent out an assigned contractor. The company was terrible, the person they sent out literally piddled around for an hour (was upstairs and in the basement). He tried snaking the drain and ended up pulling out a lot of muddy water, which I was afraid was sewage (it was not). After doing that he said he had to call his supervisor and my home warranty company because it was "massive" job and he wasn't sure if it would be covered by the home warranty. The tech person then leaves after making the call and never gives an explanation of what the problem is, even after calling the supervisor, who was also unhelpful and suggested I call my insurance company. The only thing in writing I have from the contractor in regard to what work was actually done is a cryptic receipt, which is totally different than what was told to my home warranty company (I had to contact my home warranty company in order to find out exactly what the tech said). Not being satisfied with the service, I went to Angie's List (which is what I should have done in the beginning). I paid for the clogged drain promotion that ASAP was running, and that was also backed with Angie's List guarantee. I was unable to meet the tech because I had to work, but my boyfriend met them and he was very impressed with their work. It took the tech 10 minutes to unclog the drain!! No song and dance, no excuses or smoke and mirrors, he came in and got the job done. I am very satisfied with the work ASAP did, and I would definitely use them again.

We were really pleased that ASAP Plumbing sent someone out to evaluate our basement pipe leak the same day we called. Liz. in the office, was efficient and funny and made me smile. Eric and Matt were great. They showed up, made an assessment and offered us too options, one more long-term and costly, and one that could fix the problem well enough for the moment (which we chose). They came back the next day with the parts, replaced the pipe and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was impressed with the quality of the service, the fact that the people were so nice to deal with and, that with my Angie's list coupon, I also saved about 40 % on the job. We'll definitely use them again and will probably call them to do the larger repair work in the near future. They stood in great contrast to a plumbing firm based closer to our house who would not have been able to send anyone to even evaluate the leak until the end of the week. When you have a leak, you really aren't interested in waiting multiple days to get it fixed.

Again, the team was on time to replace a broken faucet that was next to impossible for me to remove. I had pre-purchased the faucet which they installed. With a little time to spare, they also looked at another repair issue we had and took care of that as well! They cleaned up and left with no extra charges. You wouldn't even know they had been there except for the new working faucet, which I love! I would definitely recommend them and will be happy to use ASAP again, should the need arise.

The plumber was very professional and friendly. Initially hired to install a faucet, he asked if we had any other plumbing issues, and ended up repairing a drain that had resisted all previous attempts at uncloggng and had been unusable for years. His name is Robert Keith, and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. The price was incredibly reasonable for the difficulty of the job.

Crew was there quickly , professional, answered questions, and departed for next stop. Reasonably priced for Sunday morn. Stan and Kyle Would recommend definitely.

Eric and Matt were very professional and friendly. Covered up their shoes before entering which is always much appreciated. Fixed the problem right away and gave us a few tips for the future to avoid blockages. They were in and out in about 20 minutes or so. Will definitely use them for similar issue in the future.

They were absolutely terrible in my opinion. They knew exactly what was to be done. Well, they came out here. Initially,two guys came out with a truck and that told me that I would end up paying a lot. One guy fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and the other was talking to me and I was talking to him about my kitchen sink, the garbage disposal. He gave me some advice and the other guy came out of my bedroom and said that he had done the job and handed me a bill of $125. No matter what my income is I thought that it was a lot. These people bothered me because I afforded it. When they were leaving, pulling out of the drive one fellow said "Hey you know you got a really nice car in the garage". I have a new Cadillac and a jeep. He made reference to the car in regards to the cost of his services. It was insulting by the fact that I had the car. The only way he could have known that was he saw the keys on my dresser because he never saw the car inside the garage it was always closed. It was more than an insult. I would not use them in the future.

They completed the work they said they would do. City inspector watched most of the work. We were happy with their work.

My toilets were not flushing and when the washing machine would run, the toilets overflowed! So I called ASAP after looking on Angies list. It was a Sunday at 3pm, and they came out within 2 hours. They were able to snake the drain from outside the house, and they said they used a lot of line, and they were able to clean out the line.

Every year I have to get sewer drain and clean outs snaked because of a large tree in front of our home. I have had several companies complete this work. I couldn't remember who had did it last year so I went on Angies list and this company was th first one listed. The workers did a wonderful job and even cleaned up after which I had never seen done with other companies. My husband and I were talking and were awaiting the sticker shock. It never came. They were friendly, arrived within thirty minutes of my call, and were the silver lining of a frustrating situation. Thank you guys sooooo much.

Two people came in the time period agreed to. Very friendly. Was able to diagnose and repair the issue within 30 to 45 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. Clearly communicated the issues they found and the repairs they did.

They showed up the day I called and the whole thing went very smoothly. There was a lot of detail required to listen to the sounds of what I thought was a drip in between the walls when actually it was something else to do with the pipe. ASAP was very diligent in finding the source of the sound he was hearing which led to the overflow in the toilet. It was a very subtle leak and he found it by using a blue food coloring dye. A job well done!

I used this contractor group for about a year after getting fed up and over charged by my last plumber. These guys were great: helpful, skilled, fair, efficient, and friendly.

They rerouted the lines efficiently and correctly in the area on the side of the kitchen sink in order to avoid freezing issues. (Previous plumbers who had looked at this seemed to want to avoid doing it, but in this case it was done properly without any prodding.) The work was neatly done. When it was found that the faucet also needed to be replaced (due to clogging which had occurred as the pipes partially froze and unfroze) they agreed to come back approximately one hour later and install a new one (which I purchased myself) at no extra charge.

Service was scheduled quickly and the team was efficient in completing the job.

Professional, friendly, clean! They wore booties over there shoes which made my wife happy. They cleaned up after themselves. Over all great experience!

This is the second time we have contracted this company for service, and we were pleased both times. Though a little later than originally scheduled, they were very conscientious about keeping me informed as to being delayed, and called when on the way. Very professional and friendly. Even went so far as to look at another plumbing issue we were having, and giving a professional opinion. Would definitely recommend them.
