Description of Work: I needed my toilet fixed - the flapper/inside components were worn out. The team came - I was supposed to have an appointment at noon and they were about 35 minutes late. The gentlemen fixed the parts and cleaned up the area and were done. I used the Angies list special -- had to correct the bill as he was not going to credit the full 125 - (the deal was $75 for $125 of service). I am still not 100% sure of the time allotment for a service call -- I would like more explanation of the bill. Then, after half an hour I noticed the toilet was STILL running. They had to come BACK out --- this time at 6 pm -- to replace the parts again. I wish they would have been a bit more thorough to ensure the parts worked the first time. It was stressful because I had company coming over at the same time. No charge for the second visit. I will likely explore other companies for future needs in plumbing.

Hello [Member Name Removed], we are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with the service that you received. The reason for the pricing is because the technician changed out the fill valve, handle, along with the flapper as well. If you read the fine print of the contract you purchased you will see that the cost of parts is not included in the $75 for $125 of service. Also the parts he used were discounted for you. Your cost was $105.00 total rather then $125 for service and additional parts needed. We completely understand that us having to come out a 2nd time is an inconvenience. Unfortunately sometimes we run across a defective part and it needs to be changed out. We stand by our work and always want to make sure everything is working properly. I hope this helps to clarify the bill and the reasons for the charges, and that you will consider our company for your service in the future.

I have gone through all call logs and have no [member name removed] or [member address removed]. in any of it. So with that said we would be glad to give a estimate for any job (big or small) and give free estimates is what we do on a daily basis. I am not sure if it is a mistake in company or someone just trying to give a false review. If the customer has a name of the person of whom they had spoken too, I would gladly rectify the problem. If they still need the estimate we would gladly give it to them (free of charge as stated before). Other wise I would like the review to be removed.
