Description of Work: It took for ever to do just a larger shower, gaps in molding and caulk, caulk turned yell ow in less then 3 weeks. The shower does not look like a $6000 shower. Latin first day and took over 2 months.

Description of Work: Completely remodeled a gutted kitchen and gutted bathroom. Layed new floors throughout the entire house,also did some electrical work. The completed job was finished a week behind, the work crew was pleasant to work with, the project manager was very responsive when we had questions or issues, any imperfections we felt needed to be dealt with after job was complete, was addressed immediately and over all Arnold's was a good company to work with. We would use their service again. |

Description of Work: We had the bathtub/shower, vanity and toilet replaced in one bathroom and the shower and toilet replaced in 2nd bathroom, along with a heat lamp put in ceiling. They started on a Monday and finished on Wednesday. They worked without stopping until 5:30, 6:00 every day and always cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant but hard working. We've not had positive experiences with contractors so I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy with the results.

Description of Work: Arnolds Home Improvement installed a roof on my home as well as my garage. They were very professional and they completed the work in a timely manner. I was very happy with their work and I will call them again if additional work is needed.

Description of Work: I used them in 2012 to replace some windows and the sliding door onto my rear deck. Then in 2013 I used them to replaced floor to ceiling wincdows on either side of my front door. Total window height is about 10 feet. I also replaced the last sliding picture window in the house. Both times the work was done quickly and professionally. Both times I have received follow up calls to check on my satisfaction with their work and to make sure that all was well. In 2014, I called them about a potential problem with my sliding deck door. A technician looked over the door, explained that what I thought was a problem was actually a matter of adjustment, and then made the adjustment while showing me how to do it, should the need arise in the future. I was not charged for this service call. I have already received a call from them this month to see if I need any service on the products they have installed and to see if I potentially have any projects lined up for this summer. Needless to say, I would use them again in a heart beat/

Description of Work: it went ahead of schedule and all work was top quality. The contractors were very professional.

Description of Work: removed old cast iron tub, stripped out the tile and dry wall, old plumbing and replaced with all new and installed a really nice shower. It took 8 or 9 weeks for them to order exactly what I wanted but it was finished in 2 days once they started. They also installed a new toilet that I purchased I had 3 companies give me estimates. Arnold's beat the other 2 by 1000's. and I am very happy with their work. Will call them in the future for more remodels.
