Ron did a nice job of changing our faucets. They don't leak. The reason for the downgrade is that he decided that we needed a different style of faucet without consulting us. They don't fit in with the style of the house. We wanted the one handle like we had, not two. We'll have to hire someone to change it back.

These people have Afordable concrete construction on there contracts but I found them on Angie’s list as a plumbing company. My parents needed there driveway redone and they set down and got a bid and signed a contract upon doing so it took 3 months of excuses for them to come and get the job close to done but you could tell they only showed up when they needed money. They put ruts in their yard and ran over and destroyed statuary during the few times they showed up. When they came for final payment the contractor ended up hitting my 78 year old father breaking his nose and dislocating his elbow after he hit my father and pulled him out of his home and onto the ground. NEVER use this contractor they lie cheat and hurt there clients.

Scam artist. Ron was supposed to waterproof our basement and we paid him $6700 he brought in a crew that we later found out he subcontracted and said the guy used to work for Ever Dry for many years, come to find out the guy Eric worked for them for less than a year and was fired. Long story short the basement is back having water come in less than a month and a half and Ron came back out and said he would fix it due to our warranty he claims we were supposed to get and then he left and sent a text message saying he will not be returning to fix the basement because the water coming through can be from elsewhere and not the job they did even though the water is still coming in the same way when he took the job. SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM today, it is now 3:45 and he has not shown up. I have called several times and he will not answer and will not return my calls. I rearranged my work schedule to be here but he never showed up and never called. This affected me professionally. I don't understand how Angi can recommend this company. For my part I will never recommend this company nor will I trust Angi recommendations in the future. This has been a huge disappointment and a tremendous let down from Angi.

I was told 2-3 weeks and 3 months later the job isn't done and Ron Engel (company owner) went AWOL. Before he finally went AWOL, there were excuses for not getting over. True or not, I don't know. I put my trust in him due to other work he and his company had done in my home. He said a contract wasn't needed and I found reviews after the work was started that he was taken to court. A judgment was made but he didn't pay. I would advise anyone looking for plumbing or construction business to look elsewhere.

The work went very well. The plumber was especially considerate about coming to my home at a time that was convenient for me. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

I had to have a leaking bathtub fixture replaced. Ron was prompt, courteous and professional. The replacement fixture was installed and Ron even returned later to make sure the temperature settings were satisfactory. Great service. I would recommend this company to anyone.
