We had used Ace Plumbing previously for a serious rework of all our plumbing in our house and were extremely pleased with the result. When the cold temperatures resulted in our pipes freezing, we immediately called Josh at Ace Plumbing. Although we are sure he was incredibly busy and tired, he made the time to come by our house and help us within a few hours of calling him. In extremely cold temperatures, Josh worked in our crawl space to unfreeze the pipes. We cannot thank him enough.

Contacted Ace after reviewing options on Angie's List after a water pipe burst in the ceiling above our garage. Left message in the middle of the night and called back in the early AM as the day was being set for the crews. Received the first appointment of the day. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way and arrived within the estimated time provided when the service call was scheduled. They quickly took to the work, found the leak, and repaired it. Very knowledgable, courteous and helpful despite working in below zero temperatures in water and ice.

Excellent! I received same day service and they were very professional. Even my wife commented on how impressed she was with this company and their employees (and that's unusual).

Called for an estimate, and was given a 4 hour window for the plumber to come and check the plumbing issue. At the end no one showed up or even called me to let me know if they are delayed or cancelling all together. I called them back to check what's going on, but all I got was a voicemail. I left a message questioning the reason behind the delay and provided my phone number and address again to be contacted, but to my surprise no one called me back either. It wasn't until the next day when they called and left a message stating that the boss wrote the phone number wrong the first time, but what about the second time when I left a message when the 4 hour window was up and repeated the phone number? No one called back either. It's highly improbable that they wrote my address wrong too as well. I called off 1/2 day from work, and was extremely frustrated that I was stuck home for nothing. This was my first time calling this company, and I'm totally not impressed. It was obvious that replying promptly to a customer's complaint and frustration is not of high priority to them.

Great company! We decided to try and replace kitchen faucet ourselves, and we were in over our heads! I called ACE on a Saturday morning and they were out within 30 mins. To help out! Jay figured out our problem in minutes, and gave us an estimate in the new install. He even asked us if we belonged to Angie's list, and asked if we had the coupon. Great guy, great price, no extra charge for Saturdays! I would highly recommend Ace plumbing.

We have hired Josh 3 times in the past 3 months. All experiences have been outstanding, very professional, with competitive prices and lightning-quick response. Initially we were in need of a new 40-gal gas hot water heater (the old one was 22 years old and starting to seep!) I called him ~5pm. He had one installed the following morning 8am. ($800). 2 weeks later, my sump pump died and the basement flooded. Without hesitation I called Josh. Within 2 hours the new pump was installed and functioning (a little under $300). About 3 weeks after this event, we hired Josh and his crew to electively replace our bathroom tub/shower fixtures (valves, faucets, shower head, drain assembly and drain pipe - the whole nine yards for about $400). He arrived on time, completed all the work in a few hours, and cleaned up all materials and old parts. Bathroom looks great and fixtures operate smoothly. We will definitely be using ACE plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

Everything went fine. The toilet repair started leaking, they were very quick in returning to repair the repair. Their advise as to where to caulk also appears to have resolved that issue

They were polite and professional from start to finish. They explained what was wrong with my old hot water heater and gave me an estimate significantly lower than a competitor for the same product. The plumber showed me how to turn down the heat of the water and what happens if the tank loses pressure (it doesn't fly through the roof)! I will use Ace again.

Ace gave us a day and time, and they were there when promised. They were clean, and disposed of the old plumbing and hot water tank. Ace plumbing works efficiently and has always been on time, unless something came up and they called to let me know. the owner is very nice and professional. They explained whatever they were doing, and didn't make me feel stupid. I feel they have earned my trust. In this world that is a wonderful thing!

Two very polite gentlemen came within an hour after I called for assistance. The drain was cleared in a very short time. I couldn't be happier!!

Great service! The owner followed up with me and was very professional. I have dealt with numerous of plumbers in the past, and will only work with ACE. When I had an emergency, and they could not fit me in, the owner found another plumbing company they trust to help me! I was so impressed with the honesty and quality.

The actual owner himself came out to do the work and was very nice. We thought he was great. In fact, I feel bad being critical since he was a nice guy, but I have to be honest to help others. Price was very solid on its face, but the real problem we had was that he was not able to properly diagnose what was causing the issue in the first place, whereas the plumber we had to call about a month later properly diagnosed the problem and we have not had a problem at all since. Like I said, the price was good on its face but it really isn't a good price if it isn't done properly, is it? I'm just glad it was an inexpensive issue that was not fixed properly; we're only out 50 bucks.

excellent service, contacted provider thru angies list, received call back quickly, gave description of work needed, caller promised to call back by 8pm, was contacted by 8pm and given 1 hour window for next day arrival (other providers should try this instead of 6 hour windows), Then next day two young men arrived 20 minutes early and got right to work, they were polite efficent and very professional, The job was done perfectally and I will call them for any other plumbing issues I have and I reccomend them 1000%

Jason and Jeremy showed up, both were very polite and professional. They got right to work checking the toilet out and discovered the toilet had a wiggle to it so they pulled the toilet and found the flange that the toilet bolts to was loose due to wood being wet and rotting from leaking for who knows how long. They came up with a solution immediately and ran to Home Depot for a new flange that they thought would work better than the one they had in their truck. They got the new flange bolted into good wood around the pipe, got the toilet reinstalled and were done, 40 minutes tops including the trip to Home Depot!!! I couldn't believe how fast and how well they got it fixed and the bathroom was spotless, you'd never know they were there. That job would have taken me at least 4 hours and probably a lot longer and i would not have known what to do about the flange like they did, I would have had a toilet leaking again in a couple weeks doing it myself:-( This was a great experience in every possible way, if you need a plumber call these guys!!!!

Definitely hire Ace - these guys are great! Called yesterday. Arrived yesterday three hours after call. Installed two new sump pumps two hours after that. Five hours after morning call - I was up and running. Today, a team of two arrived and installed back up water pump. Detail: We moved into this house one year ago. We've had roofers, electricians, painters, driveway repair, and now plumbers. I was AMAZED at the service level and response of the Ace guys!! Immediate response, pleasant to work with (Joshua is incredibly nice - well, his team is, too), honest (he took $50 off my bill because he said it included something he didn't have to do - I would have never known), quick, clean, overall I'm very glad I called them.

Josh and his crew at Ace Plumbing has to be one of the best home repair experiences we have ever had. After suffering a plumbing emergency, we contacted Ace through Angie's List. Josh responded to our needs quickly and professionally. He and his crew spent their entire Saturday getting us up and running. He was extremely professional, polite, punctual, and highly skilled. The price was very reasonable and fair. Ace Plumbing = integrity, honesty, and professionalism. We will never contact another plumber again. THANKS, ACE PLUMBING!

He did good work. I had already purchased replacement parts but was not comfortable doing it myself. He did have to run to Home Depot to purchase another handle.

He was professional, pleasant, and a top craftsman. I highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat!

I called on a Monday and arranged for an estimate on Friday with a call back on Wednesday to set an actual time. They never called back but showed up unannounced on Friday at 10 am. They wanted $175 to replace a valve for the water line for my fridge with an estimate of an hour labor. They did not know how to empty and reset the pressure on a bladder tank for a hot water heater. They wanted to change the tank out (they had a new one in the truck), but did not know the pressure for Sylvania Township.

The owner is great about calling back, and the guys were always on time. Jason was running late one time, and called to let me know. I appreciated that. They were all polite and took time to explain what was being done. I never felt as if I was being over-sold. To the contrary, they were very price conscious. I have great confidence in them, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They came when I needed them really bad. I called them very early in the morning and they were here by 9:30 and out of here before noon. They did a good job and took care of everything. They explained everything as they went along.

I think the job went well. The toughest part was cutting away a piece of a wall to get to a pipe. I think they damaged a saw blade doing this. My house is very old with very thick plaster walls. The saw also generated enough heat to set off my fire alarm. This was unforeseen and I don't.blame them for that. Jason and another gentleman, I didn't get his name, arrived on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I selected N/A for quality is because I have to wait a day before I can use the shower. That's because at my request a bead of caulk was put around the handles and the spout..Everything looks good and the tub drains nicely. Before work began Jason explained everything and showed me the fixtures that would be used .He also made sure some specific things I asked for were taken care of. I would recommend ACE to others.
