Description of Work: I hired them to come out for a job between the hours of 1-2. The guys called me at 3:30 to let me know he was on his way which was not amenable for me. When I called back the next day to reschedule no one returned my call. They didn't sound too interested in the rather small job that I was asking for (to winterize a pool house). Would not recommend them.

Description of Work: Among three people called in an emergency (busted pipes' frozen and flooded basement) from Angie's list. None answered phone or called back. Contacted my insurance agency and he found someone to call. The gentleman answered the phone immediately, even through he was on an another emergency job. Said he would call me when he finished. He was true to his word and was out the next morning and fixed the problem. This was the very first time I used Angie's list.
