Description of Work: Repaired dripping faucet in bathroom tub. No more dripping!

Description of Work: My toilet tank fell off of the wall and broke. It was an older style toilet where the tank s mounted to the wall and connected to the bowl through a large metal tube. This happend on a Friday afternoon and when I called Ace Plumbing, the phone was answered by an answering machine. I looked at the specifics of their service and saw that they didn't work on weekends and didn't work late hours. I considered this to be an emergency, and since I couldn't talk to anybody and didn't know when they would call back, I had the toilet replaced by Alternative Plumbing. When I called Alternative Plumbing, I talked to an actual person, and she sent out a crew to my house to access the problem. The crew left my house and picked up a new toilet and installed it that afternoon.

Description of Work: I was out of town and had someone house sitting for me when I received and call from my alarm company that one of my sump pumps had quit. I was frantic to find a plumber and called Josh Barfield from Ace Plumbing. Also it was Saturday night at 8pm and he called me back right away and told me he would head to my home immediately as the girl that was house sitting didn't have a clue what to do, not that a guy would have either. Josh called me and told me one of my pumps had burnt out and he had one on his truck and could replace it right then. I was so thankful that he saved my basement as it is finished and I also have a wood foundation. Thanks again and I would highly recommend him another plumber didn't even call me back that I had called....
