+ -1 moreThey have been completely unresponsive since March. They offered all of these extra services if I prepaid and I never received them.
Description of Work: I prepaid for a year of lawn service, they came out one time this summer and have never come back. They have been unresponsive since that date.

Description of Work: I did not renew my 2013 service with Troy-Tipp, and they fertilized my lawn even though my new company's flag was up and Troy-Tipp said they saw the flag and fertilized any way. When I contacted the owner he was rude and said he would take me to a collection agent. I am very dissatisfied and am concerned that he has burned my brand new lawn which I had sodded in the fall. I spent $40,000 on professional landscaping and Troy-Tipp had no business on my property.

+ -1 moreI am happy with them so far and I think everything is okay; I just started with them. Their product does what it says it is going to do, which is fertilize the yard and kill the weeds. They are very good; it’s a young man that is just starting in the business and he seems to be doing a great job. Their pricing is competitive; it is in the ballpark with all the other companies. So far their quality appears to be excellent.
Description of Work: I use Troy-Tipp City Lawn Care for lawn fertilization and treatment; so far they have done two applications.
