+ -1 moreJerry is amazing! For any homeowners who are skeptical to have contractors come into your living space and be around your family members to give you quotes, Jerry is one in a million. After being around him and having him come out several times, we felt completely at ease with him. He was very detailed in explaining exactly what he would be doing and even worked with us in working with the electrician so he and the electrician will be doing their work same day. Jerry went above and beyond in coordinating his schedule with the electrician while meeting our needs for this project. We would most certainly use Jerry again in the future. He went above and beyond many, many times for us.
Description of Work: Removed drywall, removed wall supports, installed header, worked in tandem with electrician

+ 0 moreFrom start to finish, all the guys on the job worked very professionally. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves nicely when they were done. I'm very satisfied with this job.
Description of Work: I've had JNB do work in the past and other than some very minor issues, they have done very nice work for me. This last job has been the best work yet. The concrete looks better and the woodwork is very good. I had a 10' X 10' deck built and two sidewalks poured and it all came out very nice. There was some confusion about the start date of the job, but once they started they got it done quick. I called six companies for estimates, three didn't show up, and two were very high and/or unprofessional.

+ 2 moreFor the most part things were pretty good. They provided a good rate for service and the quality the workers provided was good as well. I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the shingles however. The shingles were only 20 year shingles instead of 30, which I thought was pretty standard. In regards to the wiring, I'd requested it be run in conduit, the worker was the one who made the decision not to install it, not the owner. As long as you have communication with Jerry, everything should run smoothly.
Description of Work: I hired him to build my garage and install my driveway. Sometime later I had him return to run an electrical line to my garage.
