They were very responsive in getting us scheduled and rearranged some things to make it happen quickly. The work was great and we're happy with our new water softener (but only on day two). Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreMoved to a new house and the water was yellow and stinky due to rust and hardness. Called Glaser Softwater and despite the owner being on vacation, they still took immediate action and had a rust remover and water softener installed within a few days. We’ve had water softeners in the past but Glaser has proven to be the best by far! Our water went from yellow and nasty to the best water we've ever had. I can personally attest that there is a BIG difference amongst water softeners and Glaser Softwater systems are AMAZING! I would give them my best recommendation not only for a superior product but also for professionalism and excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Removed existing rust remover and water softener and installed newer and better units.

+ -1 morePlumbing work performed was excellent. All hookups very neat; tested existing regeneration cycle line for leaks and open flow of water. Very through. From the time we contacted them they were very cooperative in answering all questions and explaining product. We chose a rental unit for budgetary reasons and all the work performed was very timely and professional.
Description of Work: Installed water softener unit in basement and removed old water softener.
