Description of Work: AC not coming on due to blower control board failure. Offered to replace the board, which would be fairly expensive, or hard-wire the fan to stay on - which was how we had been operating it anyway. Thankful for the lower cost alternative. Very prompt, pleasant and efficient.

Description of Work: I keep a contract with them and the come out twice a year before the heating and cooling season. This past winter, my furnace stopped working on a really cold day. Since I have a contract, they came out within two hours and fixed it. The price was about %50.00.

Description of Work: Ed's installed a new condensor unit for the first floor AC and an energy effiecient water heater. In prior residences Ed's installed a variety of systems including a boiler and heat pump system that flows through tubes so heating and AC could be retrofitted to a first floor application originally set for radiant heat. Every technician was expert, clean, professional and conscientious. I wanted Ed's expertise, I wanted it right the first time and expertly installed, that is what I have always gotten from Ed's. In my opinion, superior quality in product and service is worth their "a bit" higher price.
