All of the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. A few minor issues cropped up, and John and his team responded quickly and resolved them. I love their integrity. They said what they were going to do and did what they said. Nice folks. I canâ t imagine youâ d find a better team for your irrigation needs.

Very professional and transparent. Made clear recommendations that we will implement in the spring when they return to do the work. They recommended doing the repairs in the spring to adjust the sprinkler heads, replace some heads, adjust some zones and to adjust the duration and frequency in certain zones to achieve a better quality lawn. Aqualon aerated my lawn. Great value and thorough... The lawn has some nooks and crannies and Aqualon didn't miss a one. I've had other companies miss areas, but not Aqualon. They did a great job. I'll have them back.

Great company to work with. Customer service was excellent! Appreciate their honesty: was going to buy a 2nd meter but John researched my usage/rates & recommended I wait to see if one will work. That's an easy $1.5k he could have pocketed. Such honesty &service are rare! They were quick to respond and explained everything. Pricing was fair too. Very happy. Looking forward to a green lawn.

The service tech (Wayne) arrived on time and took care of our multiple irrigation system problems. He obviously knew what he was doing and was very professional. Compared to the irrigation service company that we used previously, Aqualon was a huge improvement. The cost was also reasonable. Overall a very good experience. I recommend them.
