over the top professional. the cost of the service fit into the budget. and we received a warranty on the repairs.

Aqualon was not able to diagnose the leak on the Backflow Valve that they installed 1 year earlier and recommended calling a plumber. They still issued a bill for $50+ when no meaningful value was delivered. We agreed to part ways going forward.

I found Aqualon on servicemagic.com while researching water heater replacement options and was encouraged by the reviews. I submitted my request on a Saturday and received a call within a few hours to schedule an estimate appointment. Denton came out on Tuesday and replaced the water heater the same day. We were interested in researching the possibility of going with a tankless and Denton gave us the pros and cons that helped us make an informed decision. Denton was very thorough and you could not tell he had been there. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service

The service tech that came out was professional. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that the visit charge would be waived if I agree to have Aqualon do the job. Apparently this is not the case, but the technician honored their deal. This is the first time we used them and I was very happy with this company.

I could not have been more pleased with the work. Denton did a great job and was creative in solving the problem at the lease expense to me. I was in Columbus and the job was in Dayton and he could have tried to take advantage of me but he didn�t. In fact, just the opposite. I felt like he took extra special care of me because I was out of town. I could not be more pleased!

The plumber that came to my home exceeded my expectations. He was very friendly, explained thouroughly what the issue was and the course of action needed. He as flexible to my preferences for the type of replacment heater I wanted, gave me that cost upfront before work was done, and completed the job perfectly. I also liked the fact that when he was done, he cleaned up so well that you could not tell any work was ever done in that area. I can't express enough how pleased and impressed I was with the way he went above and beyond to do such a great job.

The plumber, Denton Wistler, was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. The job and price were EXACTLY what he said they would be. I would use him again for future jobs.

The repair tech came and explained all what needed to be done. Based on another estimate, saved me over $200.00. Very friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would call Aqualon the next time I have any plumbing problems.........

This company was very responsive to my initial call and worked very well with me to coordinate times that would be convenient with my tenant and the Dayton Water company representative who was waiting to finish installing the outside water meter reader. They were also courteous and professional. I would use them again.
