He was here 4 hrs with two trips back to the shop. Took him that long to remove the garbage disposal and instead of putting in PVC piping he put in chrome. Wasn't happy with that because it will eventually rust and pit. Also had to provide several towels because of all the water. Couldn't believe the cost. Very unreasonable. Won't have them back.

After the Initial call I waited a day for a return call and never did recieve one. I decided to call back the next day to make sure that they had my right information. When I called back the secretary said she apologized and that they were very busy and that I would receive a call back that day. It is been almost a month and still no call. Very unprofessional service and very unresponsive. Rheem needs to look for a new company to sell and install their products in tiffin...they are losing business with this company.

After 2 plus years of clogged drains requiring Tongs to come out and unplug them, it was determined that the problem was much "deeper" than that.. A complicated description was devised by the owner requring excavation, sewer Jet service and push cameras to locate excact area. This was nesessary, I understand that, however the approaches were somewhat hap hazard at times, very labor intensive and messy (where the workers did not bother to put drop cloths down requiring me to replace carpet where they had walked in and out on) In stead of keeping the same workers on the job differant people would show up. Al together I had 8 people working on the job. It started in July and ended in September.I was charged for 96 total hours of labor. On 1 particular Friday in September, the men accicidentally hit a spot where it caused a power outage and the worker who did this almost got zapped with electricity, which, of course scared him. So he walked off the job in the morning, and never returned that day nor was I informed of any of this until I was told by my employee. I tried to contact the owner but he was on vacation, So part of my business was out of power until Monday. The the electrician had to come and fix the problem and I was charged for this.
