OAM CONSTRUCTION

The overall installation of the new roof and gutters seemed to be okay. We didn't have any problems until four years later when the roof started to leak so bad that it severly damaged our living room ceiling. I immediately contacted OAM and they came to the house the same day. Well, that was the last time we heard from them. They were supposed to comeback the following morning to repair the roof but they never showed up. I called them several times that day and they never answered the phone or returned any of my phone calls. The next day I continued to call them but once again they never called back. On the third day I sent them a letter explaining how upset I was and couldn't believe they were refusing to call me back. I know that most people in this situation would have hired a lawyer and took them to court but I do not have the money to hire a lawyer. Just recently I had another company come to my house to assess the issues and they told me that OAM didn't install the valleys properly and this is why my roof was leaking.So, now five years later I am having to hire another company and pay an additional $1500 to have half of my roof replaced. When I first contacted OAM they sent me a letter stating how they take pride in their work and that happy customers are truly their best asset. They obviously do not take pride in their work nor do they care about happy customers.
