Recently moved into the home and wanted to buy an energy efficiant furnace. I called and got an estimate from IOR Limited. He sold me a 45,000 BTU unit which turned out to been to small for my home. Nate Green worked with me and upgraded me to 75,000 BTU unit for an additional $305. When the new unit was being carried down stairs I heard a bang. Later I found out that it was damaged and released monoxide into my home. This could have been fatally dangerous since I do not have a monoxide detector in my home. Nate came out and inspected the unit and confirmed that it was defective and replaced it. I feel that his employees blamed the delivery service inorder to keep out of trouble with thier boss with could have resolted in me being seriously ill.
