Description of Work: We had our very first basement flooding experience. I had used this company to clean my carpets in the past and was impressed with their professionalism. I called on a Sunday in a panic. The owner was in the office preparing for his week. He called me and came out at 6:00 at night to help. He set up his equipment and started draining the water immediately. He stayed until around 9pm. He had dryers set up and running and a dehumidifier. He then came over every night after we got home from work to inspect the progress. After four days we were able to have the dryers removed. He then followed up with a good cleaning of the carpet. The owner made us feel like we were doing him a favour keeping him out past his normal work hours...lol. He is always very polite and professional. He comes professionally dressed and with a smile on his face. I will never use any other company.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in upstairs bedroom, stairway, and living room. It went very well. They are meticulous with their equipment and keeping other areas of your house clean while they work. They do a great job and do not try to sell you other things to increase your cost unless it is of benefit to you.

air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThese guys were thorough, committed to doing a detailed job.and clean. I had another company clean the ducts in the past and they would come in blast the heck out of them, leaving dust everywhere and not putting the ducts back together properly that they would always come loose.
Description of Work: Took apart ducts , thorough cleaning and put them back together addindg screws each elbow to ensure that they stay together.
